Bathroom was outdated
The location is excellent and the room was comfortable.
I had no wifi for the first night so couldn't watch television as linked to Foxtel. I also asked for a wake up call and did not get it and ended up being late for my breakfast meeting.
Great location beautiful stay
The hotel is in a great location beside the water with views to Magnetic Island. The pool area is generous and tranquil overlooking the ocean. The hotel is well maintained and designed.

I couldn't figure out how to turn the heating off and the air-conditioning on. (I was already dressed for bed and too tired to wait for someone to come up - so its possibly my own fault for not getting this seen to before retiring for the night.)

Couldn’t get a coffee there until 9.30am
Customer service, location and vibes.
The bed was awful we stayed in the executive suite and both of us had sleepless nights ended up with bad backs and had to uber deep heat, this was our honey moon. Food and drinks were also disappointing and over priced.
Room Service meals very expensive & bland. However, the Spin Cafe meals were excellent. The service from all Staff was excellent.
