This Hotel and venue was amazing. the rooms, the food venues the pool area and outdoor sitting is exceptional. We loved our stay at the Casino Ville it was fabulous and will be back in the future. 10/10
the viwes are to die for and its such a relaxing and calm place to stay.

Unfortunately, our booking was not received by The Ville despite being confirmed and paid for four days in advance through Booking.com. The staff at The Ville were incredibly helpful and did their best to assist us, but as a result we had to spend our first night in the hotel next door and move hotels on the morning of a wedding, which was extremely inconvenient.

I would recommend that Booking.com review its booking processes to ensure confirmed reservations are properly communicated to hotels, particularly when guests have already paid in advance. While we appreciated the support from the hotel staff, the experience was disappointing and added unnecessary stress to our trip.

Pros:

Checking in etc. was easy, rooms are clean but dated, I guess. Not complaining but they are the same as they have been for many years without real change. Handy spot with great view to the sea.

Cons:

nothing really. As long as they keep the price reasonable for what you get, I have no complaints.
