Ok for one night
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Good location.

Cons:

Very basic breakfast, awful paper plates and cups. Everything was a bit dated and needed to be refreshed.

Dirty linens and sub-par hospitality standards.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Severe cleanliness issues (primarily, stained linens) that were brought to the attention of the hotel staff multiple times over multiple days, but were not resolved. Checked-in to wrong room, so another guest was also given a keycard to our room and entered while we were unpacking - reception did not attempt to contact us to address the incident in the approx 45 min we were in our room and we had to speak with them ourselves. No hotel phone in our room. Strong, unpleasant smell - we had to purchase a candle and room spray to mask it. A lot of dead bugs in the AC unit vent and we found garbage between the bed and the wall. The property in general was in various states of disrepair - a far cry from the photos on Booking.com and on their website.

I would not stay again.
Pros:

Ideal location, friendly receptionist

Cons:

Run down, smelly bedding especially pillows, hair on the bathroom floor. Visible damage to walls and bath. It didn’t feel clean or looked after.

Pros:

It was close to amenities. I didn’t really see too much of the hotel (ie. I think there is a pool?), there’s a restaurant within the building. Nice that there was complimentary breakfast every morning. — my mom loved that.

Cons:

Elevator was in a weird position because you couldn’t find it right away vs the stairs. At first glance, I thought this wouldn’t be good for those with poor dexterity or impaired mobility.
