The pool and the staff
No all good
It was private and mostly quiet
They were renovating the villa right next door which was really loud at times. No restaurant so had to order your breakfast the night before or the morning of for everyday. Loved that there was a microwave to reheat our food. The bathroom was super cute & bed so comfy! Had the best sleeps here

The bed mattress were badly stained, out side aria will work better with a fan installed

The bedroom and aircon were super nice, as well as the shower and breakfast (especially the watermelon juice)
The bathroom tap didn’t work, the pool was a bit cloudy and green but still nice

The staff were kind and friendly,any problem get settled within few minutes of calling receptionist
Their food is a must, if you like spicy go for nasi ayam bakar pelalang
Their breakfast was also good and served on time
We had water pressure issue which was then solved
But it was disturbing as we were tired coming back room and there was issue with the water pressure. Otherwise all was good
My stay at Paisa Seminyak Living was okay. The villa was quiet and comfortable—perfect for relaxing in vacation mode when I wasn’t out on tours or exploring. There’s no on-site restaurant, only room service, but that wasn’t a problem since the area is very walkable.
Just a short walk away, there are plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, along with great shopping and vibrant nightlife. It’s a popular and busy area, so it was nice to have a peaceful place to retreat to at the end of the day.

Some flying insects which are expected in room with outdoor features. Smelly toilet drainage probably due to improper sewer connections and cracks underneath the wc. Breakfasts should have choice of Asian food rather than just western ones.
