Don't do it!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Extremely loud repetitive Spanish music until 2am, then screaming and laughing workers outside our window till 5am. No doors on the bathroom which is completely unacceptable. I slept for an hour with ear plugs in... Pillows were terrible

Overall our stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

The location was great! And the room was amazing particularly the bathroom which are important to me was awesome. I love the fact that the shower carries a hand held shower head and not a standard one.

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower was not adjusted right. For example we constantly had to keep graduating the handle to adjust the water temperature to avoid getting burned or with very cold water that would be felt instantly. The same thing was happening at the sinks of the bathroom.

Great location! Parking nightmare
Pros:

The location and the views were fantastic! It's literally right across from the beach. The rooms are so big and comfortable beds! Overall its a great place to stay to experience the middle of the action of south beach!

Cons:

The check in was extremely difficult as the hotel was not accessible except for a back alley and when you contacted them for questions about valet/parking you only got to talk to a BOT who gave incorrect information. I actually had to park on the street for an hour to wait for a nearby garage to have availability. They could also be a little more accommodating about helping you take your luggage to and from the room. They only had 1 person at the front desk and so you need to wait for her to be able to come to the back alley to help. It was not a great experience.

Hotel z klimatem, personel na medal!
Pros:

Super lokalizacja! Personel bardzo pomocny, Alexandra pomogła nam w zameldowaniu i znalazła nam pokój przed czasem zameldowania. Dzięki czemu mogliśmy korzystać z uroków Miami jeszcze szybciej. W pokoju czysto. Widać, że hotel odnawiany na bieżąco i dba o potrzeby ludzi. Dostęp do kawy w lobby cała dobę. Byliśmy tylko jedną noc ale chętnie wrócimy! Widok z pokoju bajka 🤩

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Schlafsituation eine Katastrophe.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr groß und geräumig. Die Lage war top. Nur über die Straße und man war direkt am Meer.

Cons:

Schlafen war fast unmöglich. Jeden Abend laute Musik direkt vorm Hotel bis 2:30 Uhr und ab 7 Uhr bereits irgendwelche Arbeiten.

Not a good choice. Very disappointed. Dragging luggage 3 blocks to the hotel then upstairs YUCK!
Pros:

Good location under normal circumstances

Cons:

Terrible for loading and unloading. This is a South Beach location and the city has blocked all traffic and access anywhere close to the hotel, hence one cannot unload near the hotel. Our luggage had to be dragged 3 blocks to check-in. Most inconvenient! The restaurant was slow, overpriced and disorganized. Tourist trap!! Not worth it, Stay somewhere else
