Celebrated my big birthday in The Dining Room with 50 family members and friends.
Manager Chao Xian has been helpful in advising on restaurant decoration, table arrangement, buffet menu information for my reservation. Highlight of the party singing birthday song, cake cutting and taking group photo for 50 people was well coordinated by manager Michelle and her team. My guests enjoyed themselves very much and were happy with the restaurant service

stayed here for a night before embarking on Disney cruise the next morning.
hotel is classic yet very well maintained. the nearest MRT station is Newton which a walking distance from the lobby.
The hotel location is strategic due to its proximity to Orchard Road and the Bugis area, just within 5-10 minutes by taxi.
I could not comment on the food, as the room rate did not include breakfast.
all in all, it was a pleasant stay for our family.

I have stayed at Sheraton Towers Singapore several times before. Unfortunately, the hotel feels outdated, and on each visit I have found the staff to be far from welcoming.

On 19 July 2026, I was forced to stay at the hotel again due to my travel schedule. However, I was denied check-in because of an unexplained issue with my credit card.

The front desk manager, Mr. Edward was exceptionally rude and unprofessional.
He repeatedly rejected every attempt to process my card, simply stating that it “wasn’t working.”
This made no sense, as my Platinum unlimited credit card has never caused any problems. In fact, I had checked out of another hotel just 15 minutes earlier, where the very same card was accepted without any issue.

After leaving Sheraton Towers, I went to **Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel Singapore**, where I checked in without any difficulty and paid for my stay using exactly the same credit card on the very same day. This clearly demonstrates that there was nothing wrong with my card.

What shocked me most was not the payment issue itself, but Mr. Edward’s attitude.
His behavior was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely lacking in the level of professionalism I expect from a Marriott property.
Instead of trying to find a solution, he canceled my reservation and refused to let me check into my room.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador member and have stayed at many Marriott properties around the world.
I have never experienced such poor treatment.
Regardless of a guest’s Bonvoy status, every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.

I will be submitting a formal complaint to the General Manager because this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope Marriott addresses both the conduct of this employee and the overall service standards at this hotel.

Sheraton Towers hotel is very well located, at newton MRT station (4min), allowing access to downtown line and north south line. 1 station to Ion Orchard , 3 to Bugis….staffs is welcoming you and kind. Rooms very clean. Pool very large and quiet. If you have access to the lounge, Grcae Jay and Brooklyn Yan Yi will take care of you. Good drink, good food. 10/10. It was my third stay after trying several hotels, my final choice in Singapore for the best cost/benefit.

Great breakfast. Good location close to Newton MRT. Dated decor, in-room dining via mobile phone QR only, expensive Japanese restaurant.

Our recent birthday staycation at Sheraton Towers Singapore was absolutely wonderful and memorable. From the warm welcome by Alvin at check-in to the thoughtful upgrade to a beautiful suite and the lovely birthday cake, every detail made our celebration feel incredibly special and personal.

The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality from the Executive Lounge team. A very special thank you to Yan Yi, whose flawless service, genuine warmth, constant smile, and exceptional attention to detail made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond. We would also like to thank Jay, Grace, and Venetie for their friendly and attentive service. At breakfast, Chef Kelvin Lee impressed us with his passion, thoughtful interactions with guests, and meticulous attention to detail, making our experience a delight.

Finally, our heartfelt thanks to Shillah, who remembered us and made us feel like returning friends. Her kindness, care, and genuine hospitality throughout our stay meant so much to us. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable birthday staycation. We are already looking forward to returning soon.

Location is close to Newton MRT station giving easy access to other MRT stops. Breakfast offers wide choice and quick Cappuccino. Bathroom is fine and cheerful. Gym is good but needs a tidy up.

I liked the location that is close to Newton MRT, and Newton hawker centre.it is walking distance to Orchard Road too.

The pool and gym were nice, although on the smaller side.

My favourite part of the hotel was the Dining Room with large glass windows showcasing waterfalls and greenery. There is also the sound of flowing water from the lobby . Very soothing.

we had a great time and comfortable stay here, we really like the breakfast it was pleasant, has lots of variety foods. The service was totally excellent, Mr. Amirush helped us a lot with our breakfast and super nice. hope we could stay here again next time

The manager at the Club was exceptionally courteous and helpful.
I was made very comfortable. I will come back and stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

The lounge was a very pleasant place to relax, with a comfortable atmosphere, excellent service, and a well-presented selection of food and drinks. The team was always ready to assist and consistently went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

We would gladly recommend Sheraton Towers Singapore and look forward to returning in the future.

If you find a cozy and not chaotic place to stay in SG, this must be your choice. And the staffs are awesome. If you could find Grace at executive lounge and Edward/Kelly at front desk, you are more than lucky.
