Disappointing after staying 6 times and booking most expensive room option.

Cons:

Stayed 6 times and didn’t get the room we wanted (again). Superior apartment we got was cold dark and north facing.
No bar, no outdoor seating, swimming pool and terrace closed.
No restaurant. Loetje closed one day, closed early another.
Grim outside after dark.

Muy bien, a revisar el aire acondicionado
Pros:

Súper cerca de la estación de tren (a 2 min) lo que te permitía llegar al centro de Amsterdam en 20 min.
El alojamiento muy bien, habitacion muy amplia con mucha luz, todo muy limpio. Cocina muy básica pero lo suficiente para dos personas.

Cons:

La habitación estaba excesivamente fría y no era posible apagar completamente el aire acondicionado. Aunque nos hizo buen tiempo y calor, mantener la habitación a 20 °C no era necesario, especialmente viajando con un bebé de 2 años. Pedimos en recepción que apagaran el aire por completo, pero no pudieron ayudarnos. Además dejaron una parte del techo quitada donde se veían cables y tuberías. También solicitamos una manta para el niño y únicamente nos dieron una sábana, insuficiente para el frío que hacía por la noche.

Excellent location right next to the train station with very good connections to central Amsterdam. The property is clean and well maintained. The quadruple room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Celine at reception. She was so warm and lovely throughout our stay. Such a pure and loving being. She really made us feel welcome.
