Cons:

Wij hebben na het inchecken gelijk uitgecheckt. Er was een onaangename geur in de kamer. Dit hebben wij gemeld, er werd echter niks mee gedaan. Daar sta je dan 12 uur s’nachts met 2 kleine kinderen. Achteraf wordt er gesuggereerd dat er een andere kamer zou zijn aangeboden. Dit is niet waar. De heer achter de balie wist niet wat hij moest doen en verwees steeds naar de manager die er pas de volgende ochtend zou zijn. Weg € 211,57! Uiteindelijk was er geen oplossing en zijn we midden in de nacht naar huis gereden. Schandalig

False advertising.
Pros:

Advertised as has air conditioning , which is not true

Front office staff ghosted us when I complained. Said this is the fault of booking.com and it is not their problem.

Moved us first to a smaller room than the superior room the I booked snd paid for. Then ghosted us telling us it is the same size room. Not even courteous or considerate.

Only when I complained to booking.com did they put us in a nicer room, still no A/C.
So, very little satisfaction for me. And would not recommend it.
