The receptionist Reema was so welcoming and helpful , the pool was really nice

Cons:

Wifi is so slow , paid 17$ for a breakfast includes eggs and samples of cheese which costs 2$ max.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beirut! The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the pool area is fantastic for relaxing. What truly made our experience even better, though, was the receptionist, Rima. Her warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

Great stay with amazing staff Everything was excellent, and Rima and Khalil were super friendly
Pros:

Everything was absolutely great during my stay! The staff, especially Rima and Khalil, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I also really enjoyed watching the World Cup matches there Highly recommended

Cons:

The only downside was the location; there wasn't much to do or see within walking distance.

Impeccably friendly and genuine
Pros:

Beside its Central location, this is a beautifully designed hotel complemented by an amazing, friendly, genuine and professional team that is super easy to deal with. Any request is simply delivered with no hassle or complication. I tried breakfast and a la carte lunch and it was excellent. Will be back for sure.
