I would not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Staff was understanding that their property is not acceptable for most guests.

Cons:

The sheets were stained, the carpet had piles of dirt caked into it, the “ocean view” was really a view of the top of a building, the pool was cloudy and green, the list goes on.

Horrible. We paid for a hotel we didn’t stay in.
Pros:

Nothing. The Room was so dirty and gross we didn’t stay

Cons:

The hotel was disgusting. Blood stained sheets, dirty carpet, smell of mold and mildew bathroom was unusable. It was so gross.

Amazing Stay!
Pros:

EXCELLENT Location
We were upgraded and the room was phenomenal!
the staff was exceptionally friendly and really made our stay enjoyable.
Love that they have a coffee bar in the lobby.

Cons:

The front desk staff was rude at check in and not very helpful. There was only one elevator worker and it was used by staff and guest. My first night was a sleepless night with all the fighting and arguing and loud music playing all night to early morning. I complain about this and wanted to cancel the remaining of my stay but was told I had to go through booking.com since I booked it through them. I can go on and on with the poor service here. There was dog poop right outside their dining area and people were having breakfast.

Breakfasts are paid, delicious on the territory of the hotel.

Cons:

The price does not match the services and comfort, you spend a lot of time walking around the hotel, it is large, there are 2 pools and one closes at 7 o'clock, because there is a show, the second pool is full of people, it also closes at 8 o'clock, the price of a sunbed on the beach is overpriced. They write off incomprehensible payments from the card, it is impossible to contact the hotel, parking for three days costs $180.If you want to enjoy your vacation, look for another hotel

other than valet it was good
Pros:

I am very disappointed with the valet service experience. Unfortunately, we encountered a worker who was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. We felt completely ignored, and when concerns were brought up, there was no apology or attempt to address the situation professionally.

Customer service should make guests feel welcomed and respected, but this experience was the opposite. The valet/employee’s attitude and lack of accountability left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this matter seriously and works on improving the professionalism and courtesy of the valet staff.

We had an incredible experience and would recommend for anyone traveling!
Pros:

Room, beach, pool, location, staff was incredibly friendly. Mark did an excellent job of welcoming my family and myself. The customer service was exceptional. We loved our stay here!

Cons:

Nothing. This was a wonderful experience and we will be coming back! This is going to be a regular travel spot for us.
