Please note, cats and dogs are permitted in specific and designated 2 queen bed traditional rooms only. Rooms are limited in number. If traveling with a pet please contact the hotel in advance to arrange for a pet room assignment. A nonrefundable deposit plus tax will apply per stay. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times - on a leash or in a crate - and may not be left in the room unattended.

Pretty hotel with perks, but the room had issues.
Pros:

The property was pretty and exciting for the kids to pull up to a castle. They have a family of ducks living there which my kids absolutely loved. They have pretty landscaping and water features. They have a shuttle to Disney which is extremely convenient. It offers a restaurant and lounge if you need a break from the outside.

Cons:

Parking is scarce. In the room, the fridge didn’t work and was actually leaking water. The tv remote was also not functional, but that didn’t matter much. We only watched it while falling asleep and it was changeable on the tv itself.

Nice large room, very clean and a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

It is an older property. The bathrooms are small but clean. The biggest issue is there is obviously no soundproofing. We could hear the people next door almost as if they were in our room. Because of the hotels great proximity to Disneyland there are a lot of children in the hotel and apparently parents think it is acceptable for,them to play tag in the hallways until late in the evening. We were awakened at 5:15 by someone adjacent banging Euphrates sounded like cupboard doors. It is a shame because otherwise the hotel is very nice.

The hotel looks nice when you walk in but the room had mildew all over, and there was no hot water in room 1202. I called the front desk after. 45 min waiting for it to warm up and it just went to warm for 3 seconds then went back down to cold. We were all naked waiting. Then I. Called the front desk and spoke to Tj and his response was if I wanted someone to go fix it later and I started to explain the situation that we needed to start our day at Disneyland after waiting for an hour and I was in the middle of my sentence then he just hung up. It was unprofessional. The only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle bus . I will never stay here again it’s like a Motel 6 hotel with a disguised as a castle!!
