Bathroom and toilet don't work .

The proximity to Disneyland was great . The staff was nice and the shuttle service was nice .
The very very outdated rooms , the elevators were very sketchy and delayed . Very hot hallways , entryways & elevators.
It was clean, staff was so nice, and walkable to the parks!

Très bel hôtel de l’extérieur ainsi que l’accueil. Il est très proche de Disneyland. Par contre je trouve les chambres un peu vieillissante et pas à la hauteur de l’extérieur de l’hôtel et de l’accueil qui sont vraiment somptueux.
Breakfast buffet should complementary, menu paid
The pillows are either old or just bad, some were just flat others were very lumpy with large foam pieces. Large cockroach in the bathroom 3rd night. Dirty shower head, low water pressure, hair in the drain, low draining tub. Rooms need to be more sound proof for the nightly fire works.

Ok so this hotel was booked for a college move in. I didn’t know it was a Disney ‘friend’ hotel and had zero need fo use the shuttle so my review is based purely as a hotel guest.
Lobby - large and spacious and quite cute

Parking - spacious
Room - so this is very large but was tired. The lobby area and elevator was a little smelly. We didn’t have any housekeeping for the 3 nights.
I paid under $500 for 3 nights including parking. To get a free shuttle to Disney - frankly this value is great. BUT you have to set your expectations
We didn’t use any of the restaurants but did use the cafe / shop. Really nice people but typical bad grab and go to be found all over basic Anaheim hotels. I wasn’t expecting much so no complaints there.
There were smiling children who were just excited to be going to Disney which puts life into perspective a little when the the bagel is a little processed instead of freshly baked!
Would I choose it again? Probably not. Am I disappointed in the stay? No. Because I literally needed a big bed to sleep in and the bed was very comfortable
