Sadly, Going down hill!
Pros:

We like the shuttle but it is too chaotic trying to get back to the hotel late at night with people crowding.

Cons:

Last couple of visits, most staff seems to be in a bad mood. I think they have forgotten they are in customer service. Also, our A/C didn't work, and last time out TV didn't work, toilet wouldnt flush right we would have to flush multiple times, shower heads need to be updated, I could go on and on, the buffet food was all cold. This use to be our go to hotel but I have opted out a few times because sadly I feel like it's going down hill.

Pros:

The decorations were nice. The Japanese restaurant was amazing! The deli was also nice to buy a quick snack and last minute souvenirs. Rooms were outdated but very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The security hold fee was a surprise. Would have liked to know this in advance

It was okay, bus driver made it better
Pros:

Loved the Mexican bus driver in white bus!

Cons:

Room was still dirty when we got the keys wehad to sit outside for the maid to come and clean it.
