Pros:

I like that ot was close to universal

Cons:

That the first night we was there the shower plugged and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Then one of the elevators didn't didnt want to open the doors to let us off and we went up and down a few times.

The Hilton next door is way better

Cons:

Very small old rooms , no existent room service ( we asked for towels, and they never brought) .
Because they already charge 20% gratuity the service is really bad .

Room. Was small, had 3 people and the pull out couch was too small. Room was very cramped. Not great lighting.

A great place to stay if visiting Universal
Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff, nice ambiance and amenities. Shuttle service was fantastic!

Cons:

Water pressure was not the best and it took a while to get hot water to come from the sink and shower

Location and near park

Cons:

The transportation (shuttle) wasn’t worth it anymore. The changed mass for drop off and pick up is too far walk distance. It defeats the purpose of staying on property.

Great location if main destination is Universal Studios. Walking distance approximately 8 minutes but a shuttle is also available.
