Best Hotel Ever.
Pros:

All employees had smiles on there faces, very kind and informative, patient and helpful to all our needs. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Location and price was great. We will definitely come back and reccomend to family and friends.

Amazing service
Pros:

We stayed at the Sheraton in Universal city. The staff was helpful and attentive to our traveling needs. The valet Javier Jason was super helpful and courteous. Would restay and recommend.

Pros:

Manager Manuel found my reservation ( couldn't be located) reassured me every thing is good. Alicia our server was outstanding, very professional and courteous. She's awesome.

Worth the stay
Pros:

Loved the service, stayed at this hotel a few different occasions. Love the club lounge, Matthew and Edgar were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys for making our stay extra special.
Perfect location for universal studio visit and the shuttle service to and from universal studios.
Rooms were clean.

The comfort and luxury after a full day at the park is the perfect treat!
Pros:

Location was ideal, since we were spending our days at Universal Studios, and having access to the shuttle. The breakfast was outstanding and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Had hoped to spend more time at the pool, but it was in the shade for large part of the day and with a very chilly wind.

Close to universal

Cons:

For close to 400 dollars a night the rooms were tiny. Not to mention you can add on 60 a night (including tax) to park your car. When I asked if the electric chargers were included I was told no. For 60 a night and they can’t even include chargers. Overpriced, outdated. Pool was all murky and had seen better days. Won’t be staying here again.

Incredible Stay - Thank you!
Pros:

Staying at the Sheraton Universal Hotel during the July 4th week was amazing and my entire group cannot wait to go back! From the moment we arrived, Jerry at the front desk welcomed us with excitement and outlined all the amenities on property, answering all of the questions we had about the area as well. We loved the pool and pool bar, the restaurants and the gym. The staff were exceptionally wonderful! Our rooms were clean and comfortable with beautiful views, and our waiters and bartenders were always attentive. Celebrating the World Cup with other patrons and staff throughout the week was a really fun experience. We are all looking forward to returning soon!

Great Stay at Sheraton Universal Hotel
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel over the Independence Day weekend with friends. We were in town to check out a couple of the Southern California baseball stadiums, and this was a great home base. Great location within walking distance to Universal Studios, and we also made use of the metro station conveniently located a block away. Nice pool with pool bar, as well as the lobby bar where we watched a couple of the World Cup games.

Definitely want to shout out Jerry Miller, who was extremely helpful in accommodating all of our needs and answering our numerous questions. He's a real asset to the hotel, and I would seek him out if you need anything.

Freeway noise !
Pros:

The question I always ask is, would I go back? The answer is no for one reason only. The noise from the freeway makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep. It’s so loud. Everything else is fine.

Outstanding Customer Service Beyond Expectations
Pros:

Great location and a beautifully updated hotel, just minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood, making it incredibly convenient to come and go throughout the day.

What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding customer service and hospitality from the staff—especially Helen and William during breakfast. On my first morning, I asked if turkey bacon was available. From that day until I checked out, they had it ready for me every morning before I even asked.

That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is what truly sets a hotel apart. It’s going above and beyond for guests, and that’s what leaves a lasting impression. I sincerely appreciate everyone on the team and will definitely stay here again.
