Pros:

The location of the property is very convenient from a traveler PoV.

Cons:

The property rooms are quiet old. The bed is decent for a nights stay. Not something one would look forward to staying, especially as a corporate traveler.

Fraud hotel—always overbook, cancels booking and doesn't refund money
Pros:

Hotel confirmed booking by asking to pay whole amount while booking. When the day of check in came, hotel told that booking is cancelled. Hotel did not provide refund saying we haven't received your payment so we won't refund. Asked me to contact booking.com , booking.com said payment was handled by the hotel property hence they will refund, we can't help you and hotel is giving you wrong information. Neither booking.com nor the hotel property willing to refund my money and they did not even let me stay at the property as booking was cancelled by hotel. This is a fraud hotel. It is second time they have done this to me.

The location was convenient and the photographs online gave a good first impression.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the actual condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing. I was shown two rooms and both had very unpleasant smells, stained bedding and poor cleanliness. The second room also had a musty smell and the bathroom was in a very poor state, with stained fittings, rusted pipes and no toilet paper provided.

When I raised my concerns, the response from staff was dismissive rather than helpful. I was told that the stained sheets were simply how they came back from the laundry and that toilet paper had to be collected from reception.

After seeing two rooms, I did not feel comfortable staying and left the property. The hotel looked very different from the impression created by the photographs online. Cleanliness and hygiene are basic expectations, and sadly this property fell far below what I would consider acceptable.

Pros:

Servicing was good. The room was clean and it is location in the prime location. Very close to railway station. The staffs are very polite and can be asked for help at anytime.

Cons:

They are charging extra for a water bottle and they do not wait for us to pay the money until we checkout. Rather they ask for money immediately after providing us the food/water bottle.
