Hotel B Unique

Spent a week at Hotel B great place but it was made AMAZING by Yussell. What a great asset to the hotel. He makes great drinks and always ready for a conversation. Give this man a raise. Thank you Yussell for a great experience.

The service from the check-in to the bartender, especially Yussell; was great! Food was delicious. Only thing I would advise is that if you don't have kids or just want a queit time ask for a room on the top floor on the ends. The pool can get loud with kids early in the morning. Was hard to sleep in

I needed a relaxing and refreshing zen vacation and Hotel B Unique did not disappoint! Bartender Yussel went above and beyond. David at the front desk was great at helping me book a solo woman 😉 fishing trip. Had an awesome massage and everyone else was so helpful. I forget all the other names… my bad.. I want to give all the kudos but forget names. My only suggestion I could give is for breakfast. They get really busy. Don’t be afraid to flag down a waiter. It’s not an easy job ☺️will not hesitate to come back. I booked the “unique adults only” side. But honestly, the other side., Hotel B didn’t have any disturbing children either. Really good snorkeling just off the shore. Several spots with stairs and one easy entry spot that is friendly . No natural sandy beach, but there is a little man made beach area if that’s your jam.

The hotel itself is excellent. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Everything related to the accommodation met or exceeded expectations.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future guests.

Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a serious safety issue in the restaurant.

While eating a tuna steak, I discovered a piece of metal wire inside the food. After examining it, it appeared to be a fragment of a grill-cleaning brush. The metal wire was approximately 1–1.5 cm long and sharp enough to cause serious injury if swallowed. I took photos of the object as evidence.

This is not a minor quality issue or a simple mistake. This is a genuine health and safety concern. If a guest accidentally swallowed this piece of metal, it could potentially result in severe internal injuries and require medical attention.

Because of this incident, I have serious concerns about the restaurant’s food preparation and safety procedures. The hotel management should immediately review kitchen operations and implement stricter quality-control measures to prevent something like this from happening again.

It is unfortunate because the hotel itself is very good, but guest safety must always come first. For that reason, I am forced to give this property only 2 out of 5 stars.

Excellent hotel. Dangerous restaurant. I sincerely hope management takes this issue seriously and improves food safety standards for future guests.

Amazing views and nice staff, the food at the restaurant was great (a bit pricey in my opinion)
There’s also an option for one time breakfast in bed which was really nice:)
