I loved the pool and the fact that you had many restaurants in the hotel to choose from. I also appreciated the direct access to the beach from the pool area. I loved the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite and kind. I‘ll definitely go back and can only recommend it.
One of the negatives is that the hotel at the end of the beach strip and not in the middle of the action. It depends what you are looking for. For me this was a big plus!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel qui oblige à prendre un taxi pour aller en ville (ou de marcher 20 minutes en plus de la balade prévue).
Le personnel très peu arrangeant : à notre arrivée à 16h notre chambre n’était pas prête.
Le petit déjeuner commandé exceptionnellement dans la chambre la veille n’avait pas été prise en compte.
Le late Check out impossible.
Le taxi commandé par hôtel à 200BRL, alors qu’un Uber en coûte 120.

Luide muziek bij zwembad, ook in de kamer te horen. Personeel wat de tennisrackets uit moet geven heeft er niets van begrepen. Management zo niet minder.

O check-in as 15 horas, o acesso ao quarto, o cartão não dá acesso a outro andar, o cartão desmagnetiza, achei bem burocrático.
