Kleines Paradies direkt am Strand
Pros:

Das Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer war herrlich. Das Rauschen des Meers ist in der ganzen Anlage zu hören. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und fast "privat", nicht überlaufen. Die Monolithen rund um den Strand runden das ganze schön ab. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist super und es gibt genügend Pool-Liegen und am Strand Schirme mit Stühlen (des Hotels). Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und aufgehoben. Das Hotel verfügt über mehrere Restaurants, von gehoben zu einfachem Familien-Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und man kann direkt am Strand auf der Terrasse essen. Das Pool-Restaurant bietet eine sehr gute Karte an und der Service ist top.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar des Zimmers war zum Teil alt und etwas verbraucht.

El sector de la piscina y la playa son increíbles. Me gustó que tuviera un kids club pero deberían tener más cosas como una mesa de air hockey, juegos de piscina, más cosas de niños.

O melhor do Rio!
Pros:

Uma supresa maravilhosa ter encontrado o melhor hotel do Rio! Voltaremos com certeza! Tudo muito lindo.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, principalmente a poeira no chão. Não passaram aspirador ou vassoura para o nosso check in e nem no dia seguinte, então a poeira ficou acumulando. A limpeza do banheiro também não estava agradável, o ralo grande ao lado do vaso não dava pra fechar e tive que colocar a lixeira em cima pra não entrar barata. O chuveiro era instável e ficava oscilando entre muito quente e frio, e mesmo chamando o técnico, ele disse que não tinha o que fazer.

Ser bem tratado faz toda a diferença
Pros:

As acomodações, a limpeza, o atendimento, a recepção ( Matheus ), garçom do bar da piscina ( avulso ), garçom do Bene ( um senhor ), ambiente familiar. As possibilidades de um carioca desfrutar de um dia no hotel.

Cons:

Ter uma cortina no banheiro, no lugar de um box, verificar na recepção se o hóspede quer uma banheira ou não, o valor é alto, mas pagamos pelo luxo, então é preciso ter luxo em tudo.

This place is falling apart! But kind of part of the charm. There was mould in the showers, fittings falling off the walls, scum in the pool… but location and staff were great. Buffet breakfast amazing. Loads of fun for the kids!
