Cons:

La habitación estaba un poco fria, pedimos una manta adicional y la entregaron a la brevedad. Mi única crítica sería que los baños necesitan extractor. Acumulan demasiado vapor.

Llegamos al hotel después de pasear a las 18 hs y el cuarto no lo habían hecho , y ya a esa hora nos quedábamos asi q no lo hicieron

Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en Leblon y tiene una playa privada donde la mayoría de la gente es la del hotel. Por lo cual no hay que preocuparse de los ladrones en la playa. El personal del hotel es muy amable siempre. El desayuno es espectacular. Si te alojas en las habitaciones Club el desayuno se sirve en el piso 26 con una vista hermosa y además el hotel brinda un servicio de happy hour de 17 hs a 19 hs donde sirven cocteles y fiambres. La zona de la piscina es muy linda e ideal para disfrutar en la tarde.

Great hotel. Pleasantly located just a little away from the heart of Rio but within striking distance of all the activities and the UBERs are very reasonably priced. It's an excellent resort style hotel with its own beach, a good number of restaurants, exceptional facilities and great service. It has a bit of a corporate feel to it but that did not detract from the good time we had. The concierge staff were excellent and made our stay so worthwhile. They arranged all our transfers, booked our restaurants and attractions and made recommendations that really made our visit so worthwhile.

Cons:

Nothing. It was good all round experience.

Great location, clean but ppor mgt practices that do not prioritise customers but just bottom line

Own beach.
Safe area.
Big carpark.
Front receptionost was kind.

Cons:

Paperwork at check-in: slow, inefficient process.
Poor management practices, here are some of the issues
1. Guest should just sign and give credit card and passport- not lots to fill out- do not need all info- just one email if lost property,not ph nulber address etc...a lot can be copied from passport if needed, rest none of your business.
2. Luggage should be put into room as soon as room available, not making guest wait at reception until room available so luggage moves with customer.
3. Unacceptable if check in by 3pm that guests arriving at 2.15pm has no alocated room yet as cleaning already done by then and has ti wait for 20 min at reception.
4. Quiet floors and noisy floors- separate based on who checks in- party people not next to mother and teenage child
5. Wet, fresh towel and choice of welcome drink on arrival needs to be started. Mocktails standard not soda at bar- not ok for mother and child.
6. Brazilian specialities should be available at any time.
7. Food to room was not nice- steak sandwich ok but small, most on plate was chips made in oil unchanged afrer fryng fish.
4 cheese pizza, super thin crust and smoked cheese smell, not nice. Yet 50 AUD for these two dishes!!!!

Uma Ilha.
Pros:

Localização, Estrutura, Atendimento, Limpeza, Praia...

Cons:

A comida do restaurante Bene italiano deixa muito a desejar e não condiz com o restante.
Uma lasanha com muita massa, de lado, sem carne, praticamente! Não é nem perto de cozinha italiana.....sou paulistano e palmeirenses!
Um robalo que não chega nem perto de um robalo que comi na noite anterior em Puerto Madero Buenos Aires!
A 40 anos não vinha ao Rio de Janeiro....pode ser que como um todo, a culinária do Rio tenha baixado muito de nível.....
Outra coisa, a faxineira entrou no quarto e nem tínhamos saído da cama! Inédito...nunca vi isso - no mundo inteiro!!!
