Sou cliente do Sheraton há alguns anos. Minha terceira estadia em 3 anos. Gosto da localização, acesso a praia e facil acesso de Uber à Barra e ao Leblon / Ipanema.

Cons:

Houve várias coisas que não correram bem:
- Nivel de serviço do room service, tempo de entrega aleatório (informam que seria entregue em 30 min e demorou 1 hora ou que será entregue em 30 min e chegou em 2 min).
- Serviços indisponiveis no Domingo num hotel 5* não é normal (e.g Lavandaria)
- Chuveiro que de forma aleatória passa de uma agua com temperatura moderada a uma temperatura extremamente alta
- Pia entupida durante 2 dias, independentemente de ter ligado 3 vezes o serviço de manutenção
- Limopeza do quarto parcialmente feita durante alguns dos dias da estadia sem qualquer explicação (deixando chocolates na cama como possivel forma de compensação 😒)

Infelizmente com este nivel de serviço será a ultima vez que serei hóspede do Sheraton no Rio de Janeiro.

Hermosísima experiencia
Pros:

Lo mas lindo del hotel es la zona de la pileta y la playa, super tranquila y disfrutable. La ubicación esta muy bien, pense que seria mas alejada pero caminando llegas en seguida y también esta la opción del transfer que es un excelente servicio.

Cons:

No hay algo que no me haya gustado, quizas algo viejos los colchones, un poco blandos. El resto es demasiado lindo!!
La pileta la dejaría abierta un poco mas hacia la noche (o por lo menos el jacuzzi)

Pisicna y servico de Toallas es excelente, el buffet del desayuno es muy bueno y tiene una variedad muy grande. la ubicacion es ecelente si buscas tranquilidad y estar relativamente cerda de Leblon e Ipanema, ( 3 min en taxi y una distancia super caminable si vas sin niños).

Cons:

los servicios de restoranes no son buenos, si bien el menu es variados los platos no están bien logrados a mi gusto ( exluyendo el desayuno que es muy bueno y fresco).
