The staff was very supportive and excellent at their customer service skills. We are very impressed with the amenities. The room was fantastic. Made service was excellent. The swimming pool and sauna, Spa, and restaurants were wonderful. Bruno, Matthias, and all other staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Concierge service was very helpful and we had no difficulty navigating our way around Rio thanks to their help and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return if and when we return to Rio.

Es un hotel muy lindo, cuenta con varias piscinas, dos climatizadas.
El personal es excelente, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado.
Cuentan con un servicio de transporte a distintas partes de Leblon cada 1 hora y es gratuito.
El desayuno es muy bueno.
Los precios para comer dentro del hotel son casi iguales a los de cualquier restaurante, la comida es buena.
El baño tiene buena presión de agua.
Camas súper cómodas y todos los días te hacen la habitación..
Algo negativo es que el club kids estaba cerrado por reformas y eso complica al momento de viajar con niños.
Las bicicletas son solo para adultos.

My impression of the Sheraton Leblon is an ionic hotel but slightly outdated.
The location at the end of Leblon and its majestic looks, makes it a true landmark of Rio de Janeiro. The ocean view from the balcony is great. Although I think the entire hotel would benefit from a facelift. The breakfast area outside was very nice, very close to the ocean.
