Pros:

Beautiful room, clean. Central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast!

Cons:

Located in a shopping mall strip so unable to drive up to property to drop off luggage prior to parking the car in multi story across the road. No too far to walk tho.

Fabulous modern hotel, amazing staff, great location I would highly recommend it

Everything from start to finish! I got a courtesy call from Sharron the day before confirming details & giving some information like parking which was a lovely touch. She was there to greet us on arrival & she is such a friendly & helpful person one of the best front of house people I’ve met she is so good at her job & sets a great tone for your stay. The location is ideal right in the heart of Limerick & parking is only a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is lovely it is very modern & the rooms very so clean, well decorated & comfortable & some lovely little touches like a personalized welcome card, robe, slippers & a few bottles of water. There wasn’t a kettle in the room but there is a fabulous room downstairs with tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast was beautiful very tasty & well presented & the waiting staff were so friendly & efficient. I can’t wait to go back

This hotel was exceptional. Right in the heart of limerick city. Amazing breakfast and staff were so welcoming and friendly. The parlor was the icing on the cake just an amazing hotel. We will definitely be staying again.

I loved the hotel- located very convenient to town with a comfy bed and delicious breakfast in the Cafe on the ground floor.The shower was really hot. mmmm

Cons:

There was no mini frig and no shelves in the shower so I had to place shampoo etc on the floor
