Très bonne situation
Pros:

Très bien situé, à proximité des principaux points d’intérêts. Belle grande chambre. Petit plus le parking municipal à côté qui communique avec l’hôtel à prix abordable 20CAD pour 24h.

Ticks most of the boxes
Pros:

Recently stayed here as part of a holiday to celebrate my 60th.
We were able to check in a few hours early without charge and we're given a room upgrade!Overlooking Nathan Square on 20th floor our room had a lovely view of the city skyline.
Front staff very accommodating
Bed quality excellent
Breakfast offering excellent
Location was near to main attractions.
Only reason not to give it 5 stars was the constant loud music playing even at 2am!

Was very surprised at the state of housekeeping since everything else was so nice!
Pros:

Location was great, staff were very friendly

Cons:

Cleanliness! There was urine on the toilet seat when we checked in, the glasses in the bathroom had toothpaste film on the bottom, the beds had no fitted sheets.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Good location for downtown, great views of the CN tower depending on your room.

Cons:

Hotel is dated and run down. Booked a suite, it was very basic. The common areas are fine and exec lounge are fine, but bedrooms etc look like they’ve not been decorated since the 80s.

Great location and outdoor pool
Pros:

This hotel ticks alot of boxes. The location is fantastic. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to Union Station. It took a taxi to Union for about 10 dollars. The double queen room was spacious and comfortable. In room coffee and disposable cups and glasses are a bit sad. The hotel is in a great location. The eaton centre is very close. There are many great restaurants close by. I highly reccomend little india just about a 5 minute walk west on queen. The best part of this hotel is the large pool deck with many chairs. While I was there in early may and did not use them I can imaging this would be a wonderful place to relax on a hot summer afternoon. I did enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool. It was pretty cool to swim outside in May and look up to see all those big buildings.
