Love this hotel! Super well located with spacious rooms and a great pool and gym. We will definitely return!
Pros:

International and stylish ambiance, great location, fantastic, large pool and fineness facilities, great view from the room. I really love this hotel and will definitely return!

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was a little low, and the reception staff was a little stiff and - while professional - not overly friendly.

Geweldige locatie.
Pros:

De locatie en het zwembad.

Cons:

De kosten voor het parkeren bij het hotel. Wij hebben op eigen initiatief de garage aan de overzijde van het hotel gereserveerd.

Pros:

位置很好，位於兩座地鐵站之間，前面就是市府廣場，走一段就是 Eaton center，也可以透過 B1 地下道連結 Toronto Concourse 直接走到 union station。房間也乾淨舒適，床很大。

Mémorable!
Pros:

Super séjour! L’hôtel est près des restaurants et des activités. Nous avons pu faire toutes nos activités à pied avec les enfants. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et la piscine est magnifique!

Cons:

Le service du parking était plutôt long lorsque nous avons quittés.

HAVA…. Nice Day!
Pros:

We are currently at the Sheraton Centre Toronto. Today (June 30th), I am celebrating my Breakfast Birthday with my Wife at the Dual Citizen Restaurant. I would like to highlight my review to HAVA. We had a largely thanks to HAVA. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and her smiles are contagious and made excellent menu recommendations. Every dish arrived perfectly timed, and HAVA anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. She even sent me a Happy Birthday Cake and to make my day extra SPECIAL. Exceptional service, we will definitely request her section next time we visit. HAVA is a GEM at this property. And for the rest of the staff, they are so great. Thank you Sheraton Centre! Be Well!
