This was my second stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good, just like last time, but overall I was disappointed with this visit. The AC wasn’t working properly, and even after bringing it to the staff’s attention, nothing was done to fix it. The attitude from the person at the desk made it feel like he didn’t want to be bothered. It definitely affected the comfort of the stay.

The bed was quite comfortable and the room was big and clean. There is space for parking the car.
Check out time is too early. The breakfast was very simple. The staff at breakfast room was not very nice.

Nice rooms and staff. Near to Dubrovnik, but away enough to have peaceful stay.

Het is een grandioos hotel voor een bezoek aan Dubrovnic.
Uitstekende ontvangt door vriendelijk personeel, die direct vertellen wat mogelijk is allemaal.
De kamers zijn mooi en verzorgd, ziet er goed en verzorgd uit.
Ook het ontbijt in buffetvorm is goed verzorgd en als je wat extra's wil is dat geen probleem.
Het warm eten is ook aan te bevelen op het terras aan het water waar je ook je ontbijt kan nuttigen.
Met de bus naar de stad is goed geregeld binnen 20 min. Voor €2.50 pp.
Halte 5 min van hotel.
Leuke ligging aan water en bushalte om de hoek.
In de buurt is verder niets te doen
De locatie, de kamers, het ontbijt en het supervriendelijke personeel! We hebben er ook lekker gegeten. En met de bus ben je in zo’n 20 minuten in Dubrovnik.
We hadden helaas wat last van muggen…

Il WC della stanza era intasato e lo staff lo sapeva visto che l’idraulico doveva venire solamente il giorno dopo. Per i miei bisogni ho dovuto scendere alla toilette del bar due piani sotto. Non vi è stata alcuna agevolazione per il disagio provocato ne scuse.
