Bella posizione ma molto poco "cosy"
Pros:

Stanze molto spaziose ma un po' fredde sia nellarredamento che realmente. Una copertina o copriletto avrebbe fatto comodo. Posizione ottima per stazione/ parcheggio ma anche per scoprire Santa croce e Dorsoduro. Sono stati tempestivi nel risolvere un problema di pulizia e cambiarci stanza con upgrade.

Cons:

Molto difficile aprire le porte con il codice. Abbiamo divutob inserirlo più volte prima di riuscire ad entrare sia dal portone che nella stanza. Arredamento un po' cheap. Qualche bustina di caffè e cuffia da bagno sarebbero apprezzate. Basterebbe poco per renderlo un hotel stra consigliato.

Very good stay. I recommend.
Pros:

It was close to place of water taxi and station.

Cons:

Inside was pleasantly spacious, fresh and modern. Very clean and recently renovated bathroom. Comfortable bed, airco. Good continental breakfast.

Gute Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar und ruhige Umgebung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 101 befand sich direkt am Speisesaal sodass man vor der Zimmertüre direkt Tische hatte und durch das eindecken aufgeweckt wurden.

Not awesome. Location to the busses was the only good thing unfortunately.
Pros:

We liked the location to the buses for the morning travel. Size of room was good.

Cons:

There was mold in the AC vent :( (I have photos) It smelled musty and we got very stuffy and sneezy immediately. The owner/managers response to my dissatisfaction was extremely disheartening. They were not kind at all. The bed and pillows were super uncomfy - even my husband who can sleep on a floor was uncomfortable.

Pros:

Close to the train station. Air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

The shower had some mold. No door on the small shower so water went everywhere. No place to hang the hand towel close to the sink. No full length mirror.
