Sehr gute Lage nahe Bahnhof, trotzdem schnell mit Vaparetto beim Markusplatz.
Modern eingerichtet, Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Check-in hat zunächst nicht funktioniert, dann aber per Whats-App Hilfe erhalten (Code: Ziffernfolge muss schnell eingegeben werden).

Das Hotel war für unsere Zwecke gut.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage nicht weit zu Busbahnhof

Cons:

Alles wurde online abgewickelt. Sehr anonym. Zimmer war direkt am Frühstücksraum. Ich hatte gedacht man kann die Terrasse auch zum Frühstück benutzen aber es gab zu viel Tauben. In der Dusche waren die Fugen schwarz genau wie der Duschkopf. Es ist ein innen liegendes Bad ohne Fenster.

Buena ubicación del hotel. Habitación amplia y limpia. Nos facilitaron un código en la puerta principal para poder dejar las mochilas el día de llegada, aún así, nos facilitaron también las habitaciones 2 horas antes de lo previsto, y el día que nos fuimos nos permitieron mantener el equipaje también a lo largo del día.
Puedes consultarles por WhatsApp lo que necesites antes de tu llegada, incluso te facilitan para poder descargar el QR que necesitas para visitar Venecia. Muy amables y atentos en todo.

El tamaño tan grande del baño con una ducha tan pequeña, el lavabo como era para minusvalídos muy bajo para los que somos altos, y la cortina de la ducha lo que menos me gustó

Nice property. Nice room. Privacy poor for some rooms.

Location was quiet and away from the busy areas.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the breakfast area. We felt like there was very little privacy. We were woken each morning by the staff prepping for breakfast and then all the guests getting their day started. It was awkward walking out of our room right into people eating breakfast. One day there was a large group of students. The teacher was stood right in front of our room door giving them instructions for the day.

Schöne Zimmer, nette Lage, leider fehlten dennoch einige für den Komfort wichtigen Details.

Nette Lage in Venedig, modern und stylisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Grosses Badezimmer

Cons:

Türen hatten unten einen kleinen Schlitz, wodurch man alles hörte was drinnen und draussen vor sich geht. Schade, schließlich sind das Details an denen sehr viel Komfort verloren geht. Im Bad leider nur ein Vorhang, was den sonst nicht mit dem modernen Style des Badezimmers einhergeht und auch beim Duschen dadurch das Wasser sich teilweise im Bad verteilt.

Do NOT go there (it should remain a secret gem)
Pros:

Loved the location close to the train station and Piazzale Roma. It is a virtual hotel, but still very good communications via chat. Excellent value for the price. Nice and newly refurbished room. Loved the quiet neighbourhood ... and only a few minutes to dive into the buzzing crowds of Venice.

Cons:

You cannot really do anything but sleep in the room. No chairs, no table, not even a hook for a coat. Cound not get the heating running in the bathroom - was freeeeezing.

La chambre, bien placé, le calme.. le petit déjeuner parfait et le service du petit déjeuner très bien

Cons:

Ce qui a fait baisser la note, c'est le manque de pression dans la douche et parfois de l'eau froide.
L'endroit où on laisse les bagages pourrait être fermé avec un code.

Perfect place to stay in Venice.
Pros:

It's perfectly located close to the bus station but still tucked away from the noise and foot traffic. It was very easy to check-in and get the codes for the door and room.
