zu teuer für das was geboten wird
Pros:

am 2. tag ist um 14h 30 das zimmer nocxh nicht gemacht einen tag später,ein wochentagist um 17h das zimmer noch nicht völlig gereinigt,an der tür hänge ein zettel,,dass innen gereinigt wird,im zimmer ist aber niemand.wir ürden das hotel nicht mehr wählen

Am Ende waren die ungeplanten Parkgebühren, die den Spaß verdorben ließen. 35 € pro Tag!

Allgemeine Standard ist hoch

Cons:

Die Matratze war leider durchgelegen.
Parken ist mit 35 €/Tag für teuer und wird bei der Buchung nicht als kostenpflichtig angegeben
Zimmer auf der Straßenseite sind laut.

A luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay in Munich with outstanding service.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with a very comfortable and spacious room. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is perfect with easy access to the city center and public transport. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and made our stay in Munich relaxing and enjoyable.

Cons:

Honestly, very little to complain about. Overall the experience was excellent and met our expectations.

Das hotel ist grundsätzlich schön, es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten, alles ok.

Cons:

Die Kühlung im Zimmer ist laut und ein Knopf mitten im Zimmer leuchtet durchgehend, die Fenster sind schmutzig und nicht zu öffnen, das Duschgel war bei unserer Ankunft bereits leer, die Dusche ist völlig undicht, so dass das gesamte Bad unter wasser stand. Die Menschen an der Rezeption sind durchwachsen. Manche sprechen einfach kein Deutsch, mit einem musste ich diskutieren, weil eine andere Kollegin uns etwas zugesagt hatte, wovon er dann nichts wusste und meinte, das geht nicht. Dabei war er auch nicht wahnsinnig freundlich. Das frühstück ist mit 29 euro bzw 36 euro unverhältnismäßig teuer. Es ist umfangreich und okay, aber der Preis ist einfach viel zu hoch, das Buffet zu eng und das Restaurant zu voll. Aktuell laufe ich dem Hotel nach, weil sie uns mehr als 200 euro zuviel verrechnet haben. 35/Nacht für die Garage, in denen sich in den zu schmalen Parkplätzen die SUVs über 2 Parkplätze stellen ist auch zu hoch.

Wir werden die nächsten Male wieder die umliegenden hotels buchen, mit denen wir bisher weniger Probleme hatten und weniger gezahlt haben.

Frühstück wie immer super, in den Betten schläft man wie im 7. Himmel einfach super

Cons:

im Zimmer müsten Gläser für Wein und Bier sein. Fernseher könnten erneuert werden. sportprogramm schlecht- Sky müsste angeboten werden, zu Not auch mit Aufpreis.

Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού παλιό με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάς πιασμένος σίγουρα χρειάζονται αλλαγή όπως κ τα μαξιλάρια τα οποία ήταν πολύ άβολα

Der Aufenthalt war schön und erholsam

Frühstück war super und das Personal hat sich echt Mühe gegeben und war sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

Leider war eine Sauna defekt, und keine Informationen über den ÖV und da die Rezeption fast ständig besetzt war habe ich auch nicht nachgefragt

Very comfortable, family friendly
Pros:

I liked the swimming pool, bed and in room dining.club lounge was excellent.

Cons:

Club lounge on 23rd floor was included in our booking however Unfortunately this wasn’t informed on the day of check in so we only enjoyed it on our last day of stay.Children were not allowed in swimming pool after 18 PM.
