Pros:

朝の法要がよかったです。一般参観では入れない知恩院のお堂に入れましたし、お坊さんの説話も伺うことができました。お部屋も清潔でとても快適に過ごしました。ロケーションも円山公園に隣接していて、とても落ち着いていて良かったです。
朝食は到着してから同行の11人分を追加しましたが、スタッフの方がとても快く対応してくださいました。もちろん朝食は大変美味しかったです。宇治の卵が素晴らしく、卵がけご飯にすると最高です。

大浴場のリンスのボトルにボディーソープが入っていた。髪がキシキシになった。もう一度塗り直さなければならず、少し手間だった。

広い部屋、個別の空調、寝心地の良いベット、大きめの室内バス、android TV、快適でした

Very disappointing. Do not recommend.
Pros:

The air conditioning didn't work. I went to the reception and the staff helped me with that.
It's in Gion touristic area.

Cons:

This is not a hotel, despite being shown as such!!!
This is sort of a prayer group estate, with the staff not speaking any basic English and not willing to help much if you don't speak Japanese.
In addition, the room was very dirty and dusty. I really don't recommend this hotel and I'm very disappointed in this hotel.
The breakfast was also very bad for Western guests, but at this point - what would you expect from a temple?

知恩院の中で泊まるというなかなかできない体験ができてよかったです
Pros:

お部屋は広く清潔感もありゆっくり過ごせました。大浴場も広くてよかったです。車も長時間無料で停めることができたので時間を気にせず利用することができました。

So peaceful and comfortable, a beautiful stay. I'd stay again!
Pros:

It's very peaceful, the location is outstanding, and the Onsen is beautiful and quiet. It's directly across from Chio-In and within walking distance of all of downtown Kyoto, the Temples, and the parks. I had a large room, and the hotel is very nice.

The food's not that great.

Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Warto nadmienić, ze to nie jest hotel, tylko noclegownia przy świątyni i tylko jeśli chce się uczestniczyć w ceremonii to warto tam spać. Pokój śmierdział i był brudny. Dodatkowo jedna ściana miala ewidentne ślady zalania. Personel nie mówi po angielsku. Cena to żart przy takim stanie pokoju.

Beautiful experience in the heart of Maruyama Park
Pros:

What a beautiful property, the staff is very professional and cordial, there are Buddhist ceremonies taking place every morning and dawn that hotel guest can participate in, also there is an public bath operating in basement floor.

Cons:

The beds are a bit stiff and the beddings are oddly synthetic.
