Pros:

la stanza in stile giapponese è molto piacevole e pulita.
La posizione nel pieno della zona dei templi è perfetta.
La struttura è bella.

Cons:

Le persone alla reception parlano poco (o non parlano proprio) inglese.
La chiusura dell'hotel alle 23.00 (con possibilità di rientro fino alle 24.00) è davvero limitante se si vuole stare fuori più a lungo.

さすが掃除が行き届いて落ち葉なども全く落ちていなくて、建物もとてもきれいでしたし、大浴場は清潔で広くて、たまたま空いていたタイミングだと思いますが貸切状態でお値段以上に満喫をさせていただきました

Cons:

1人で和室に泊めていただきました
最大で4名対応なのか、敷布団の上部に置かれていた枕やシーツが重くて、横へどけないと、自分一人分の布団セットを敷くのが少し大変でした

Huge rooms, great location, good price.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the historic Gion district and also right next to a park and Buddhist temple.
For a hotel in Japan, the rooms are enormous and very well priced.
The Japanese style buffet breakfast was awseome and very reasonably priced.
If you are down for an early start, the option for a wakeup call to attend morning Buddhist prayer service makes for a great experience.

Cons:

The beds were a little bit hard for my liking but I have seen much worse, and the pillows were a bit thin for me.

Hervorragende Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten das Hotel ohne Frühstück gebucht. Die Lage zum Chionin Temple und die Möglichkeit, am Morgengebet teilzunehmen war sehr beeidruckend.

知恩院の朝のおつとめや説法に参加することができ、良いお盆を過ごす事ができました。今回は1人で利用しましたが次回は子供たちと宿泊したいです。
