Nos encantó que está muy bien ubicado y que es muy cómodo y limpio. El personal de apoyo muy muy amable y eficiente (Cristian y María excelentes ambos!!).

El unico inconveniente que tuvimos es que la tostadora estaba medio averiada pero no fue nada grave.

Great choice!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Arenal Suites. The location was outstanding and within walking distance of many of Madrid’s main attractions, including Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

One detail that we especially appreciated was being allowed to store our luggage after check-out at no additional cost, which made our last day in Madrid much more convenient.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend Arenal Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay in Madrid.
