Wonderful stay- location is everything!
Pros:

The location is amazing - ask for a room with a view. We looked out onto the lake and the old city. It was a definite highlight. Situated a walk from the main shopping areas and wonderful restaurants, to the history and tours of the old city! Checkin was efficient. Rooms are spacious, very clean and designed beautifully. There was a mini fridge, coffee machine and a kettle.Breakfasts are busy with an extensive spread. The Cardamom, and Cinnamon buns are amazing. Staff are exceptional at helping especially when the breakfasts are busy. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Находится близко от ЖД вокзала. Относительно просторные для Стокгольма комнаты. Чай,кофе, вода от заведения.

Cons:

8 этажей. 6 лифтов не справляются с потоком желающих прокатиться. Очереди. Ожидание 5-10 минут. Не критично, но почему-то бесит.
С утра на чекауте опять толпа. За стойкой 2 меланхоличных работяги. Прождав 15 минут, плюнул на формальности и уехал.
Бронировал комнату с видом на озеро… Озеро в окне действительно присутствовало, как и четырехуровневая авто развязка и железнодорожная ветка с нескончаемыми поездами. Все это круглосуточное куда-то ехало,чадило и шумело. Окно было не раскрыть, удовольствия от вида на озеро чуть меньше чем никакого.

Brist på glutenfritt.
Pros:

Fin utsikt från 521. Trevlig personal, synd bara att många kunde inte svenska.

Cons:

Uruselt med glutenfritt bröd i frukosten. Bara vit toast!!!! Köp åtminstone glutenfritt hårtbröd.
Saknade också laktosfri yoghurt.
Ändå står det i information att specialkost är tillgänglig. Glutenfritt är sånt! Dåligt!
Även kvällsmenu saknade glutenfritt t.ex. pizzabotten.
Kingsize hade bara en täcke, frågade reception och fick sen en filt med påslakan. Väntade att skulle få enkeltäcke en eller två till oss nästa dag. Frågade inte mer trodde att personalen skulle förstå detta. Dåligt.

Good, but could do better
Pros:

In general The Hotel is newly refurbished and is clean and in a great location.

The Bar and Restuarant staff were great, chatty friendly and helpful.

Food was great in the restaurant- try the Lobster Roll. Big thanks to Nicoli the Bar Manager, who provided us with some great cocktails and kept us entertained.

Cons:

We asked for a room on a high floor and was put on the 2nd floor, right next to the lift. Never ideal and were disturbed a few times by people coming back late 2am / 4am to their rooms.

3 times we asked the reception staff to change our pillows due to allergys to down feathers, but nothing was done. We then asked the concierge who got it done in 30 mins.

Fijne locatie!
Pros:

Goede locatie, dichtbij centraal station en centrum. Echter waren de bedden helaas niet comfortabel, extreem harde matrassen. Kleine badkamer. Jammer, iets meer verwacht van een 5 sterren hotel. Goed ontbijt en gezellige lounge/bar in het hotel.

Cons:

Geen comfortabele matrassen, extreem hard. Wellicht kan dit opgelost worden door een topper erop te leggen? Badkamer aan de kleine kant.
