Great value for a great location
Pros:

Location. You can walk to most of the top ktown restaurants. Loved the wifi - strong and consistent enough for work that requires you to be constantly online. I also like that there's a bit of desk space to set up for work. Staff is great. There's a fantastic coffee shop right downstairs along with a korean restaurant that I hear is good (but have yet to try). Last but not least is parking - it's free with your stay and first come first serve.

Cons:

The building itself is a bit old and some of the rooms show it. There's only ONE light in the main room and it is bright; at least in the rooms I've booked in the past. Consider adding night lamps at the very least or invest in dimmable lights.

Nice place for a short stay

Cons:

Parking lot cannot receive all guest, I had to park my rental out on the street one night. The alley had a strange smell.

Cons:

The outdoor patio area was clearly neglected. The tables and chairs appeared not to have been cleaned for weeks and were covered in dust and dirt, making it unpleasant to sit outside, even just for a cigarette. On a positive note, it’s good to see that air conditioning is finally being installed in the lobby, as it was extremely hot during our stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. Another downside is that the hotel does not offer breakfast or even basic refreshments such as coffee or drinking water.

Quartier calme avec beaucoup de restaurant coreen autour dont celui au RDC de l’hôtel qui est très bon

Pros:

The staff was nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room was dirty. There were black hairs everywhere, and it smelled damp and musty. The towels smelled like they hadn’t been changed.
They do require a deposit, but they returned the full amount, so that’s the only positive thing I can say. Before booking or staying here, I highly recommend reading the Google reviews!
