Lovely place shame about the other guests
Pros:

Very cozy clean and comfortable

Cons:

The noise of the other tenants - we had a very early flight so went to be early and were awoken a number of time with young men travelling 1.30 am taking showers and spitting, yakking and hakking into the sink. Had to ask twice for different guests to keep quiet

Highly recommended to solo travellers, travellers without children and one night stay

駅近で早朝出発に便利。

Cons:

チェックインの仕方がわからなかった。無人なので電話で聞くと、みなさんできてますからと言われた。私が理解できないのがおかしいのかと思いますが、わからないから電話しました。

寝不足
Pros:

設備も価格も申し分ない。二段ベッドはカーテンで確実に仕切られ、完全に個室。強いていえば二段ベッドがガチで高いので転落注意。各ベッドにUSB2つとライト付き。ゴミも捨て放題。トイレやシャワーは共有だけどタオルもあるしありがたい。

とにかく夜中にうるさかった。廊下と自室は同じ部屋なのかな？ってくらい丸聞こえ。羽田空港前泊利用だったから4:30起きの早朝出発で、全員寝ついた23時頃に隣室に入ってきたお客さんの声が何から何まで丸聞こえ。子供の大声で全員起きてしまい大迷惑でした。仕方ないでは割り切れない。どう頑張っても快適ではない。漫画喫茶程度の隣人感だと思ったほうがいい。

Short, necessary, unpleasant.
Pros:

Not much, it's close to the airport, that's about it.

Cons:

The online check in is horrible. You're standing in front of your door, struggling to take photos of your passport and doing selfies before having access to a room you already paid for And there's not even a chair to sit on when you arrive.
