Pros:

Locația a fost super,,băuturile au făcut toți banii nicăieri în Bulgaria nu au fost cocktail făcut atât de bine, bine depinde și cine le făcea, băiatul de la barul interior își dădea tot interesul.

Cons:

Am ajuns la ora 13 și am fost cazata la ora 15 ....păcat.
Am observat că toți erau cazați așa târziu.

Overrated hotel
Pros:

The location (close to the border with Romania), the gardens of the resort are wonderful.
The outdoor playground for children is also a plus.

Cons:

The hotel did not meet our expectations based on the reviews read.
The sofa bed in the apartment was really not appropriate for a family with children (the metallic frame was exposed and the mattress was awful).
We also found a cigarette butt in the room.
The bed sheets were not changed at all during our 5 nights stay.
Poor english of the receptionists.
At the restaurant, we aksed for prosseco but they gave us some sweet sparkling wine from Lidl. Not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel.
The balcony door did not have any drapes (it matters a lot for a family with small children).
The vent in the bathroom was not working.

Pros:

Прекрасная, большая, зеленая территория. Есть где погулять, чистый ухоженный пляж. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, есть тематические ужины. Много развлечений от отеля: большой теннис, дартс, стрельба из лука, вечерние мероприятия для всей семьи. Удобные кровати! Есть бар и кафе на пляже- там также вкусная еда и коктейли

Cons:

У нас 15 часов не было воды. Сломалась канализация и не было воды даже в туалете. Персонал с ресепшен на просьбу решить проблему: поменять номер или предоставить душ отвечали что ничем не могут помочь. Очень необученный персонал на ресепшене, ничего не объясняют, пришлось со всем разбираться самим.
Самое неприятное- обычная вода в аппарате из ресторана была желтого цвета, и это для употребления!!! Полотенца для пляжа белого цвета были в пятнах и изношены. Вода в бассейне была зеленоватого цвета, а шезлонги у бассейна в ужасных грязных пятнах- это неприятно. Очень не хватало спа зоны.

Pros:

Riesige Auswahl an Essen fast rund um die Uhr. Sehr leckere Cocktails, tolles Personal. Super schöne und große Anlage. Die Abendshow war fantastisch mit Feuershow und Feuerwerk!
