Good service and atmosphere ruined by severe property damage and zero accountability
Cons:

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant at first. The general service was good, and the property has a great atmosphere. However, our experience was completely ruined by how management handled a major issue during and after our stay.

A hotel employee driving a golf cart severely damaged our personal vehicle. While accidents happen, the real disappointment has been the lack of responsibility and follow-through. It has now been a full month since the incident, and neither the hotel nor their insurance company has settled the claim or provided any assistance or compensation toward our repair costs.

It is extremely disappointing to see a hotel that presents good hospitality completely abandon its guests when a serious mistake occurs on their watch. We are left paying out-of-pocket for damage caused entirely by their staff. Until management takes accountability for guest property, I cannot recommend staying here.

Two days that felt like a whole week
Pros:

Even though it was the very last two days of the season and, frankly, my expectations weren't very high, the reality far exceeded what I expected and turned out to be a wonderful surprise. From check-in (which was earlier than scheduled) to check-out, everything was absolutely great, and I say "great" only because I don't have a better word to describe it. The room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped for colder days, the cleanliness was spotless, and the food at lunch and dinner was diverse and fresh. The beach, beach bar, beautiful grounds, and exceptionally kind staff all contributed to a fantastic impression. Those two days felt as rejuvenating as a whole week.

Cons:

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the mattress, which felt like a waterbed (it wasn't, but that was the impression). It was a bit too soft and slightly uncomfortable, but this was a minor detail that didn't spoil the overall experience at all.

Relaxing couples' vacation by the sea
Pros:

Everything was very nice, the staff very friendly, clean and all the comfort and ammenities for a pleasant stay. Food is varied, fresh and entertainment is also available in various forms.

Cons:

No critique, since this is our maybe 5th visit here and we will return for sure. We are supporting sustainability and are anti food waste, still sometimes some courses are recycled from previous meals. No complains.
