Staff and location were great.

Breakfast was of excellent quality.

Cons:

In my initial request 8 asked for top floor rooms with a view. When I reached Hampton Inn I was told already assigned a room which had no view to look at. It was a backyard. However, with all kinds of excuses told that next day we will transfer you to another room, which never happened.

Daymion H. being a great leader
Pros:

Daymion H. was electric. He brought an amazing energy to the breakfast experience every single day we were here. He was blessing people left, right, and center. He was the definition of a servant leader, cleaning up after people, helping explain how things worked properly, and doing it all with a joyful spirit.

Just Right
Pros:

Daymion was an excellent host this morning for our last breakfast in Chicago. The entire staff has been such a pleasure & it’s been splendid to feel like such a welcomed guest. My son was very excited to greet Daymion for breakfast and we will definitely look back on the trip to Chicago as one to remember. As Minnesotans we definitely felt the nice here too!

This is not a steal, it’s cheaper for a reason.
Pros:

Great location and pretty quiet room considering we were downtown

Cons:

The room was small and dingy. Everything was pretty old and outdated especially the carpets throughout the entire hotel. The bathroom was hot and stuffy, but we did figure out how to make the bedroom colder. It was just enough space for one person, but not for a couple.
