לצערי, חוויית השירות במלון לא עמדה בציפיות שלנו ממלון 5 כוכבים.
בחרנו להזמין חופשת סוף שבוע ללא ארוחות, כדי ליהנות מחופש וגמישות בבחירת המסעדות שבהן נאכל. עם זאת, התאכזבנו מאוד מרמת השירות במתחם הבריכה. למרות שהיו במקום כחמישה עובדים, בכל פעם שרציתי להזמין שתייה או משהו לאכול נאלצתי לקום ולגשת אליהם בעצמי, במקום לקבל שירות לצד הבריכה. לא ברור לי כיצד מלון ברמה של חמישה כוכבים אינו מספק שירות בסיסי כזה לאורחיו.
בנוסף, השירות בלובי וההיצע במסעדת הלובי היו מאכזבים מאוד. כמעט שלא היה מבחר של אוכל, והאפשרויות הסתכמו בעיקר בכריכים קרים מהמקרר. מצופה ממלון ברמה הזו להציע לאורחים אפשרויות אוכל זמינות ומגוונות יותר לאורך היום.
