ראשית אני רוצה לציין לטובה את העובדת בלאונג' שהייתה אדיבה מקצועית ונעימה מאוד היא זו ששמה לב שהשארתי את האוזניות שלי על הכיסא ועדכנה אותי על כך ואני מודה לה על תשומת הלב ועל היחס המכבד

לצערי כל מה שקרה לאחר מכן הרס לחלוטין את הרושם שלי מהמלון

עובדת אחרת ניגשה אליי ודיברה אליי בצורה יהירה לא נעימה ומתנשאת במקום פשוט להחזיר לי את האוזניות שלי היא התחילה לדבר על בדיקות הביאה אותן בתוך שקית כלשהי ודרשה ממני להציג מסמכים ולחתום על טפסים כדי לקבל את הרכוש האישי שלי

אני חייבת לשאול איפה בדיוק אני נמצאת במלון יוקרה או בבידוק ביטחוני בשדה תעופה

האם אורחים לא שוכחים לפעמים חפצים אישיים מדוע הייתי צריכה להוכיח שהאוזניות שלי הן אכן שלי כאשר השארתי אותן בלאונג' זמן קצר קודם לכן

חזרתי זה עתה מהחוף ובמקום לקבל שירות פשוט ומכבד נדרשתי להציג מסמכים ולעבור הליך מיותר לחלוטין רק כדי לקבל את האוזניות שלי כל הסיטואציה הייתה אבסורדית

מה שהפריע לי עוד יותר היה היחס שקיבלתי במקום לעזור לאורחת אותה עובדת התנהגה כאילו עשיתי משהו לא בסדר הרגשתי שאני נחקרת במקום לקבל שירות

בהמשך הבחנתי באותה עובדת עומדת בדלפק הקבלה ומשוחחת על המקרה עם עובדים אחרים לאחר מכן מספר עובדים הסתכלו עליי במבטים שיפוטיים ומתנשאים מדובר בהתנהגות בלתי מקצועית לחלוטין עובדי מלון אמורים לקבל את פני האורחים בחיוך ולספק שירות ברמה גבוהה ולא לעסוק ברכילות על לקוחות

אנחנו מתארחים במלון שלכם באופן קבוע ומשלמים סכומים משמעותיים עבור השהות שלנו לכן החוויה הזו הייתה מאכזבת ומקוממת במיוחד כאשר משלמים מחירים של מלון יוקרה מצפים לקבל יחס מכבד אדיב ומקצועי ולא יחס משפיל ועוין בגלל חפץ שנשכח

אם הנושא הזה לא יטופל כראוי לא תהיה לי ברירה אלא לפרסם את החוויה שלי בפלטפורמות ביקורת שונות ולהגיש תלונות לגורמים המתאימים

אני מבקשת מהנהלת המלון להתייחס ברצינות לתלונה זו לצערי רמת השירות שחוויתי במקרה הזה הייתה רחוקה מאוד מהרמה המצופה ממלון בסדר גודל ובמוניטין שלכם ופגעה משמעותית ברושם שלי מהמלון

מלון ברמה כזו לא אמור להתנהל בצורה כזו והחוויה הזאת הורידה את רמת השירות בעיניי לרמה נמוכה מאוד

كنا برفقة الاطفال وقبل حجزي للفندق كان لي استفسار اذا حمام السباحة يوجد فيه تدفأة وكان الجواب انه يوجد . لاكن عند وصولنا واستلام الغرف والتوجه الى حمام السباحة كانت المفاجأة ان المياه كانت ثلج وغير مقبوله للسباحة ولهذا خرب كل المشوار الذي كنت انوي ان افرح الاولاد فيه في العيد . مع انه توجهة للمسؤولين وسالت قالو الحمام مدفئ لدرجة حرارة 28 ولاكن قالو نريد ان نستفسر ونرد لك جواب وللاسف لم يرد احد علينا بجواب انا اتاسف على كل مبلغ اهدرته في هذه الرحلة ...

Top service, but 800 NIS for a standard meal? Come on.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for Shavuot and Shabbat — two nights, two days.

I'll start with the positive: the hotel service was outstanding, honestly the best we've experienced in Israel, and we've stayed at many hotels here, including some of the top ones. The staff really knows what they're doing.

However, the pricing for the holiday meals is simply incomprehensible. We were charged 800 NIS per adult for the Shavuot meal and 600 NIS per adult for the Shabbat meal. For children, it was 600 NIS and 400 NIS respectively. These prices are completely out of line. What meal could possibly justify 800 NIS per adult — or 600 NIS for a child? Even Israel's top restaurants don't charge those prices.

We told ourselves it was excessive, but since we're shomer mitzvot we had no real alternative — and we assumed that at those prices, the meal would be truly exceptional.

It wasn't. The food was decent, but the variety was limited, there weren't enough stations, and you had to wait in line just to get a piece of meat. At what point does someone look at what's being served and decide, "yes, this is worth 800 shekels per person"? It just doesn't add up.

It's a real SHAME, because this is a beautiful hotel and we would have happily come back. But at these prices, something has to give. The hotel needs to stop overcharging like this — otherwise guests who know what reasonable pricing looks like simply won't return.
