الموظفين مهتمين جدا وبشوشين ويحاولون مساعدتك بكل الطرق وبابتسامه وخدمة تنظيف الغرف عندهم ممتازه موقع الفندق ممتاز وجنبه مطاعم وشيشه وشارع تسوق المشي فيه ممتع وقريب منه مطعم لبناني والفندق فيه خدمة 24 ساعه وهذا شي نادر في اندنوسيا

Best location and clean friendly staff! Highly recommend
Pros:

We had the pleasure of staying in Kanvaz resort in Seminyak. The hotel was extremely clean, good clean structures and the staff was very friendly. The best thing about the hotel was the location! Literally everything was in front of the property, from shisha lounge next door, shishi club 1 minute walk and so many other convenient things right there. The hotel itself was very clean and had all the facilities. We regret not staying here longer and have already decided to stay here on our next trip.

Lovely staff, great facilities and aesthetically very nice.
Pros:

Design of pool is beautiful - blue water and greenery. More plants would be nice.
Good choice of pool, roof top pool, gym and spa - but spa is overpriced compared to Bodyworks which is high end spa but Kanvas charged the same spa for simple look.

Cons:

Morning was sometimes not peaceful, I had front pool view table and people constantly stood next to my table to take pictures rather than wait for breakfast to finish. Some guests have no awareness of manners or personal space but staff should tell them not to disturb people’s breakfast.

الموظفين خدومين جداً الغرفة نظيفة مطلة عالمسبح الفطور بصراحة متنوع في خيارات حلال كثير ايضاً مطعم الفندق لذيذ لو مالقيتو اكل بكرا تاكلو عندهم قريب من الشاطئ قدامك بقالة صغيرة ومغسلة عموماً الشارع كله مطاعم وكفيهات ماياخذ تطلع بالسيارة كل شي قريب

Отдыхали здесь недавно и остались очень довольны, поэтому решил оставить отзыв.
Первое, что бросается в глаза — отель реально красивый, дизайн приятный, и видно, что ремонт свежий. Везде чисто: и в номере, и на территории. За всё время не встретили ни одного комара, муравья или ещё какой-то живности, что для меня было большим плюсом.
Отдельно про завтраки — это что-то. Вкусно и разнообразно, но больше всего удивил сервис. Тебя встречают, помогают выбрать столик, спрашивают, что будешь пить и есть, и всё приносят прямо к тебе. При этом ещё и несколько шведских столов работают одновременно, так что толкучки нет.
Номер достался просторный, с балконом, всё удобно. С парковкой тоже никаких проблем — есть в подвале и перед зданием. Бассейн большой и чистый, причём чистят его каждый день, это заметно.
Ну и персонал приятно порадовал — вежливые, всегда идут навстречу. Мелочь, но показательная: если висит табличка «не беспокоить», они не ломятся в дверь, а пишут сообщение и уточняют, когда удобно сделать уборку.
В общем, впечатления только хорошие. Однозначно рекомендую.

Cons:

Постоянные пробки, ближайший пляж не самый чистый и комфортный для проведения времени. Лежаков мало и в плохом состоянии. Для сравнения в районе Кута пляж гораздо лучше.

The property had modern amenities and convenient location. The staff were very attentive and proactive. I was made to feel very welcome and valued guest.

Cons:

The pool area was very quiet and lack ambience. I would have loved a swim up bar.
