Pros:

Good location. Shuttle to and from airport was convenient.

Cons:

AC was not working properly. The trash hadn’t been out from the people staying in the room before me. Expected higher quality for the price.

Short and semi sweet
Pros:

I was in room on the 8th floor. At 5am I could smell cigarette smoke. I awoken by the smell. There was an adjoining room and you could hear the person in the next room.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We didn't stay too long but the room was very comfortable and beautiful. The frint desk staff were exceptionally friendly.

Lovely Upgrade. Housekeeping Leaves A Lot to be Desired.
Pros:

Upgraded to a Queen room. Very spacious.

Close to LAX with regular shuttle.

Staff in restaurant and brasserie were very friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

There was a pubic hair on the toilet.

Housekeeping entered my room around 9am, way before 11am check out time that I extended to 12pm the night before. I was naked and had to scream at the woman to leave.

Restaurant menu was great, but the lettuce wedge was half a lettuce and so hard that I couldn't cut through it so had to abandon it.

An overpriced and deeply disappointing stay from start to finish.
Pros:

The bar area had a big screen showing World Cup soccer games which was great. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The bathtub had dried urine stains and an unpleasant smell, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel.

On top of that, aircraft noise continued throughout the night, making it difficult to get any decent sleep. Considering the high room rate, I expected a much better experience.

The food was another major letdown. Both the bar meals and the breakfast were poor in quality and well below what I would expect from a hotel charging these prices.

Overall, this hotel was overpriced and failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and food quality. I would not stay here again.

Personal limitado. Restaurante OVER price. Pocas opciones y cara.
