Amazing stay with Martin and Feisal
Pros:

The hotel gave us nice reception especially Martin and Feisal. They are awesome and good for the job. Sociable and easy to communicate with. My three nights stay was amazing especially with them

Poor Hospitality
Pros:

Very disappointing and stressful experience
Our experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating and honestly traumatizing.

During checkout, we realized that we had lost a bag containing our wallet, IDs, money, and cellphone. We immediately went back to the reception and asked whether housekeeping had found the bag. Unfortunately, we were simply told to wait, and it felt like there was very little urgency or assistance from the hotel staff.

We waited for a long time while they tried to locate the bag. We also asked security to check the CCTV footage to determine whether we had brought the bag with us when leaving the room, but this did not give us a clear answer. We even went back to the room twice ourselves to search.

More than an hour had passed, and we were extremely frustrated because we felt that nobody was taking the situation seriously or actively helping us. We eventually had to mention that we would consider contacting the police and taking further action if the bag could not be located.

Finally, after more than an hour of searching, we were told that the bag had been found inside the room, under the pillow. This was very confusing and concerning to us, especially because we had already gone back to the room twice and searched thoroughly. The location of the bag raised questions for us about how it could have been missed during our previous searches.

What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of hospitality while we were waiting. We were dealing with the loss of our IDs, money, wallet, and cellphone, yet during that entire stressful period, nobody even offered us a glass of water or showed much concern for what we were going through.

We are grateful that the bag was eventually found, but the way the situation was handled left us extremely disappointed. In a hotel, especially when guests are facing a stressful situation, we expect staff to be proactive, compassionate, and professional.

I hope management takes this incident seriously and reviews how lost-and-found situations are handled, including communication between reception, housekeeping, security, and management. The experience could have been handled much better.

The facility was not maintained the AC was hot they come at night to fix it but in the morning it is again hot, i waited about three hours for the maintenance team

Overall it is good except the dirty floor.
Pros:

Near the beach, big indoor swimming pool.

Cons:

The floor is dirty it makes our feet with little bit black dirt like a charcoal. This is the 2nd time I experienced like this dirty floor. The first time we book also it is dirty but I didnt complain. I have a kid that always play on the floor, her feet became dirty also.

So nice service and food

I had a fantastic experience at Thai Kitchen, Centara. The Som Tum was absolutely delicious and tasted just like home. The deep -fried fish was perfectly crispy, and the dessert served with Thai tea custard sauce was amazing

The service was outstanding Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and truly well taken care of

A very special thank you to **Chef Bam, Chef Night, Mr. Gouda, Khun Khaled, Sema, Sujita, and Khun Annie for taking such wonderful care of us Your warm hospitality made our dining experience even more memorable ❤️🙏

Authentic Thai flavors, warm Thai hospitality, and a wonderful atmosphere — it truly felt like having a meal at home

Had such a lovely experience at Thai Kitchen! ❤️ We absolutely loved the food — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even more special.

Nice Family Staycation
Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful staycation at this hotel. The service was excellent throughout our stay. My daughter enjoyed the pool. A special shoutout to the Thai Restaurant staff namely, Chalo, Minnie, Kahled, Ruttiya, Chef Balu, Chef Suparleran and Chef Ake.

An unforgettable experience at Centara West Bay and Thai Kitchen
Pros:

I have stayed in many five-star hotels and holiday resorts around the world, but the hospitality we have experienced at the Thai Kitchen in Centara West Bay is truly in a league of its own.

Head Chef Prakash has been exceptional. His passion, kindness, and dedication to his guests are evident every single day. He has happily prepared dishes especially for us that weren’t even on the menu, always with a smile and without hesitation. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he genuinely wants every guest to leave happy. His professionalism, humility, and warm personality are a credit to the restaurant.

A very special thank you to Sous Chef Abishekh. After I simply mentioned how much I love authentic Nepali momos, he went out of his way to prepare homemade momos especially for me and even arranged for them to be delivered to my room. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, but his kindness and thoughtfulness made such a lasting impression. They were, without question, some of the most authentic and delicious momos I have ever eaten.

Thank you also to Sujita and every member of the Thai Kitchen team. Every single staff member has made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Their kindness, attentiveness, respect, and willingness to help have made every visit a pleasure.

The restaurant manager also deserves special recognition. He is humble, approachable, and leads by example. It is clear that the outstanding service provided by the team reflects his excellent leadership and commitment to genuine hospitality.

Hospitality isn’t just about serving food—it’s about making people feel valued, welcomed, and cared for. The entire Thai Kitchen team has mastered that. They have made our stay in Qatar even more memorable, and we will never forget their generosity and warmth.

The staff make the stay worth all the little inconveniences that arise. From the bellmen to the people at check in, room

Breakfast is good especially the pancakes 🥞 and there is a lot of variety.

Cons:

Showers tend to spray all over the whole bathroom floor. We have to ask for several rubber non slip mats to put all over the floor and extra cotton bath mats. There should have been either a shower curtain or glass doors; the rain shower is next to it so you can imagine if two people are showering at the same time. Water doesn’t drain fast enough but the water pressure is great and lots of hot water in the winter months (I’ve stayed several times).
