Pros:

Everything was perfect except the baby bed, it was useless

Cons:

The baby cot wasn't very practical. It was too deep, making it feel like the baby was sleeping on the floor. It took a lot of effort every time I had to lower my baby into the cot and lift her back out.

طاقم عمل الاستقبال غير متعاون. تم الطلب من الرسبشن طوابق عليا فلم يتم تلبية الطلب بل تم اعطاؤنا أدنى الطوابق رغم أن الفندق شبه فارغ في ذلك الوقت.

المكان جميل جدا و مريح 😍 والإطلالة خيال و مساحة الغرف حلوة و في كل أدوات المطبخ وغسالة الملابس

النظافة جيدة بس يحتاج تركيز اكثر في نظافة الشراشف و الأرضيات
و الماء من الحمام يسرب لبرا الحمام لازم يحطونً حاجز للباب

تعامل موظفة الاستقبال صفا كانت جدا طيوبة و رحبت فينا بكل اهتمام 🤍😍

تعامل موظفة المسبح كانت من الجنسية الفلبينية تعاملها جدا سئ سالتها انه احتاج سليبر كلمتني بأسلوب سيئ وقالت لا تسأليني عن شي مافي شي تبين شي جيبي من غرفتج !! أتمنى من الفندق يتعامل مع هالموظفة بشكل حازم

الفطور ما كان بوفيه توقعت بوفية وخاب أملي والأكل ما كان متنوع الصراحة وماعندهم عصاير فريش 😕
