Very clean and the bathrooms were very nice. Very quiet and the theme was great

Pros:

The Gentleman at the front desk made my experience there worth it!
He explained what some of the decor was made from, he has a lot of knowledge and cool stories!
I could have listened to him all night lol
Thanks for that 🤘🎸

Cons:

It would have been cool if there were QRcodes to tell us what the decor was made from.

Awesome place to stay
Pros:

We have been here 4 times now. We keep coming back because we love it! The atmosphere is great, its always clean and smells fresh. The staff is helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and the shower water pressure is strong. The hot tub and pool area is relaxing and has a good vibe.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub floor gets very slippery. There was a wet floor sign, but it may be helpful if a staff member comes by every so often and runs a dry mop over it.

A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION!
Pros:

After a visit in April ( and a review on my part) with a series of “human errors” - I must say I have never seen such professionalism and sincere passion! Kim ( Hotel Rock Lititz Management) went above and beyond to apologize and to ensure my next visit will be exceptional in the way the hotel strives to provide for each and every guest!
As a frequent business traveler, I have never had the follow-up and true dedication as was recently provided.
I am completely overwhelmed by the hospitality and look forward to future stays.

Clean Hotel and excellent staff. I stay at many hotels. And alot of them fall short. Not this place. This hotel runs perfect. .
