Praticamente nulla
Era sporco e quando siamo andati via ci hanno pure addebitato 150 dollari sostenendo che avessimo vomitato in stanza. In realtà nessuno di noi ha vomitato e dunque senza che ci accorgessimo il vomito contestato era già nella nostra camera. Insomma uno schifo
La habitación y el área de recepción del hotel. El desayuno bastante bueno
El internet en las habitaciones era muy lento. Y el servicio, salvo excepciones, podría haber sido mejor. Ejm estuve 40 minutos para comer un sandwich de pollo en el restaurante a la noche. La atención en el desayuno bastante por debajo de la de otros hoteles de la misma cadena

L'unica parte bella dell'hotel è la hall per il resto è abbastanza pessimo, l'esterno è vecchio e fatiscente così come le camere.

Very friendly staff
It’s a little pricey
All the staff went out of way to make our stay more pleasant. They were especially thoughtful and kind to our young kids.
Also, Amazing views from the 15th floor if the conference room is t being used.
Staff were very helpful and accomodating at reception.
Beds were comfortable and room size was pretty reasonable.
Bar at the hotel has a lovely atmosphere.
Bathroom size extremely small and very hard to have a shower.
Plumbing not great, we were showering and the water was filling the bath as it was not draining properly.
Room cleaners were not attentive to detail, beds were barely made and towels for 2 people were not left or bathmats.

The room was not cleaned daily.
Appears clean and safe. I was not there long. My room had a comfortable bed. Water took a bit to heat up in the shower and pressure was fair. Frig and water in the room. Unfortunate delay at delivering bags to my room. Disappointing that there is no shuttle to the airport. But uber was fast and easy. Met very kind and helpful night staff at front desk as well as a very helpful security guard in the lobby. Decent hotel. Not much around it that I could see although I did have a nice view of the mountains. It was ok.

The hotel is cold and needs a
Make over. Things just need replacement and renovation. The personell is generally friendly.
I left my eyeglasses in my room and staff was completely unwilling to help me retrieve them before I left Alaska.
