Guter Service zu einem hohen Preis
Pros:

Da wir bereits vor 12:00 auf der Insel waren, konnten wir das Zimmer noch nicht beziehen. DAs Gepäck konnten wir unproblematisch unterstellen, genauso die Toiletten benutzen. Als wir von einem ausgiebigen Sparziergang ins Hotel zurückkamen, lag unser Schlüsselganz abholbereits auf dem Tresen. Im Frühstücksraum stehen abends Speisen und Getränke zur Verfügung, welche auf Vertrauensbasis konsumiert werden können - großartig!

Cons:

Uns ist bewusst, dass Helgolands Unterkünfte nicht zum Schleuderpreis zu haben sind, aber ein Hotel mit sehr eingeschränkten Rezeptionszeiten zu dem von uns bezahlten Preis ist nicht für jeden erschwinglich. Unserer Meinung nach ist der Preis unter Berücksichtigung aller Faktoren zu hoch.

Das Bett in Zimmer 25 ist für ältere Gäste zu zweit eine Zumutung

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Das kleine Gartenzimmer wurde als Zweibettzimmer vermietet. Es war uns 2 Erwachsenen leider nicht möglich in dem Bett, das nur von einer Seite Zugang hatte bequem zu schlafen und uns auszustrecken. Schade. Das Zimmer selbst genügte und war sauber.

War wieder sehr lohnenswert.

Lage ist hervorragend. Das ausländische Personal war sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Das deutsche Personal war sehr reserviert. Die Bezahlung war sehr umständlich, im anderen Hotel.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es gab jeden Tag Lachs.
Der Kofferservice am Rückfahrt- Tag ist sehr lobenswert und das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Teilweise war es laut von der Straße her. Das klappern der Fahne war störend, sodass das Fenster geschlossen werden musste
