A nice clean place to stay minus the cold pool.
Pros:

Clean and modern, the staff were very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The water temperature in the swimming pool was uncomfortably cold. Even my 4 year old who usually doesn’t care about water temperature complained about feeling cold after being in the water for a few minutes. Our room service came with one meal cold and missing another meal.

Great family hotel.
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We love how family friendly it is. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The shower is large and had great water pressure. Our three year old grandkids absolutely loved the pool and waterslides. The staff are so pleasant and the buffet is fantastic value for money. We will be back.

Cons:

Personally, I would like them to open up the coffee shop in the foyer as Im a coffee person. Its been closed during both visits. However, there is a lounge and a pub in the hotel which Im sure serve coffee.
