As we are already approached autumn/winter, the warm water did not work, I reported three times till 1am, they keep promising their engineer was coming but never saw any till I checked out. My partner and I could not have our full bathe till we left. I’m ver sad.

Okay for a budget stay, staff were nice , needs a refresh .
Pros:

It was reasonable value for money at the reduced rate . Good facilities for those on a budget , tea and coffee etc and microwave. Very handy for public transport as very near the transport hub in Gloucester.

Cons:

Some of the facilities were a bit worn out ; bed was inclined to sink in the middle and quite small so a challenge for 2 adults. Carpet was bumpy . Worst of all there was no hot water due to Maintenance issue which would have been helpful to know before trying to make the shower work for 10 minutes !

Pros:

The only good thing about the place is staff specially Bhanu. He did his best to accommodate us.

Cons:

The room was so hot and non of the extraction fans were working. We were sweating through out the stay. At one point we had to leave the room as it was so hot and no fresh air.

Nice stay however room needs improvements

I liked the location and price range for what we had

Cons:

There were stains on the walls ,hair on the bed There was a strong smile in the room. The room had no windows and was very dark. The sofa bed was very old.

Excellent value if you are looking for a simple bed for the night in the centre of Gloucester.
Pros:

The room was large, clean and well equipped. The hotel was also quiet and it is in an excellent location. All in all, excellent value for my needs for my visit, which was to find a bed for the night. The shower is excellent and powerful. There is no restaurant or bar but there was a fridge in the room with a microwave (though I couldn't seem to make it work!)

Cons:

There were some small cracks in the ceiling of the room and a bit of damp in one corner. The mattress, although comfortable, had some bobbles on it that felt a bit strange initially when I lay on it but it didn't prevent me sleeping (so I might be being a bit picky there!).

Not too bad for the money but still disappointing
Pros:

Location and reception staff were fantastic.

Cons:

Housekeeping was poor, I stayed for 5 days and had my room serviced once and all they did was pull the duvet back over the bed and rinse a dirty cup. I had to ask for things like clean cups, clean towels and toilet roll.

Single glazing windows and the parties went on right through to the morning we got no sleep at all, we were meant to stay for 2 nights we changed hotels after the first night wouldnt recommend it at all.
