Beautiful property but probably wouldn’t stay here again. Overpriced
Pros:

On the positive side, the hotel itself was beautiful and very well kept. I absolutely loved the castle like look and character of the property it really gave it a unique and charming feel.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the front desk regarding additional charges. At check-in, we were specifically told that we would not have to pay for parking. The following day, another staff member told us that information was incorrect. Thankfully, they honored what we had originally been told and did not charge us, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened with breakfast. We specifically asked about breakfast during check-in, but no one mentioned that there was an additional charge. We didn’t find out until after we had already sat down, gotten our food, and the waitress brought us the bill. At that point, it was too late. Paying $26 for a mediocre hotel breakfast that was comparable to complimentary breakfasts offered at many other hotels was disappointing.

Stayed to keep cool during heat wave and had a good repite. Good tv with great choices.

It’s convenient. Close to Boston but peaceful enough. You can take the T to Boston instead of driving your car.

Was a quick last minute booking and was able to show up check in no problems and check out fast. Great stay hreat breakf

I will certainly stay with you again.
Pros:

Off highway and ability to stay where our conference was held . Waiter at breakfast was very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Parking was difficult day we came in and bar was understaffed for number of people staying

Cons:

Pros:

My son's had an awards ceremony/ banquet there. I had to fly in frim NC last minute and decided to book at the same facility that the banquet was being held. Everything was wonderful.

Cons:

I didn't not realize that the airport was so far, however I flew in to the airport that was close and had no issues. I did book thru booking and didn't realize that the fee that the hotel took would take such a long time to be credited back to my debit card. Going foward, I will present a credit card at check in and I will ask the exact amount. It took a week to have the funds refunded to my account.
