We did not stay long enough to really enjoy it
The pool was nice and so was the staff. Friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.
There was no water provided. The taps at the ice machine didnt work. I went to various floors for water. Buffet breakfast eas expensive for what it was AND the advertised Irish Pub was closed. For my irish side of the family who also booked there, this was one of the reasons we choose it;( Very disappointing.

I recently booked a two-night stay at the Sheraton Orlando North Hotel for my sister and family while they were in town to attend a funeral. During what was an emotional and difficult time, the experience provided exactly what was needed >> comfort, compassion, and a welcoming environment.
The hotel staff were simply fabulous. Every interaction was met with professionalism, kindness, understanding, and a genuine desire to help. Their attentiveness made a meaningful difference during a stressful occasion.
A special thank you to the Marriott Ambassador Team for securing an upgrade to a suite. The accommodations were perfect, not only as a comfortable place for my sister to relax and recharge, but also as a gathering space where family members could come together, share memories, support one another, and reminisce about a loved one.
It is often during life’s most challenging moments that exceptional hospitality stands out the most. The Sheraton Orlando North Hotel and the Marriott Ambassador Team exceeded expectations and helped provide comfort when it was needed most.

The golfer has done some major upgrades making the hotels look updated ! The beds offer great comfort and the bathroom is stocked with daily shower gel and shampoo/conditioner.
Some things weren’t working. The upgrades in the rooms aren’t completed BUT the staff makes in good in helping any customers out. The pillows stink!
We stayed from June 5th - June 7th, 2026. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very nice. Our room was very nice, clean. My only complaints are the AC in the morning was not very cold, the coldest was 76 fahrenheit, at night got a little cooler. I called for service twice. I think the reason the room was not very cold was because in the morning the sun was hitting the window. The bathroom was very nice my only complaint was the shower did not have a function shower system it has a shower head and is missing a hand shower. For us ladies, a hand shower provides a targeted water control, detaching the head gives you control to rinse off shampoo or body quickly. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful and the service was amazing. Over all the hotels is very clean, nice and the pool area is super nice, needs more shade and someone to come often and service drinks and refreshments .
