Pros:

Viajamos en familia. Reservamos 4 habitaciones para 2 noches. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, frente a la estación de autobuses.
El personal es amable. La decoración del hotel es muy agradable. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas cómodas. El desayuno es variado y abundante.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, tenían un problema con el aire acondicionado. Estaba en reparación. Nos dieron unos abanicos minúsculos que apenas daban un poquito de fresco. Pasamos mucho calor. Nos picaron los mosquitos. En mi habitación en particular, la habitación estaba limpia, excepto la alfombra mal aspirada. Al poner a mii bebé en el suelo, encontró un poco de cabellos de algún cliente anterior.
Sin embargo, cuando nos quedamos nos ofrecieron el desayuno del primer día gratis, como compensación, y al llegar al hotel en la noche todo estaba impecablemente limpio.
Habría sido una estancia perfecta, excepto la ausencia de aire acondicionado con el calor importante del verano.

Pros:

If you are looking to stay by the main bus station, this is the place! just a 2 minute walk. It is far from the main historic town, but for less than one Euro, you take the tram in front of the hotel, and it drops you right in town. Breakfast was really good, and very friendly staff!

Good option for short stay, especially if you travelling by bus
Pros:

The room was spacious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The bedding and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated.

Cons:

The biggest drawback was the bed. It felt broken on one side, which sank so much that anyone sleeping there would gradually roll out of bed. As a result, two people had to share only about 60% of the queen-sized bed. Additionally, the furniture shown in the photos appears quite worn out and no longer matches its advertised condition.

Pros:

The hotel is located about 300 meters opposite the bus stop. This is perfect for travelers carrying suitcases. There is an electric train station right at the entrance. However, since the city is not very large, we all walked to the city center in about 20 minutes. The only drawback is that our room faces the street. At night and in the early morning, there are the sounds of cars and garbage trucks. If there were no such disturbances, they could be ignored.

Ein rundum angenehmer und herzlicher Aufenthalt – zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit ausgesprochen freundli
Pros:

Wir haben uns im Hotel wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend – direkt gegenüber vom Busbahnhof, was besonders praktisch ist. Das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und der Weg dorthin ist ein schöner, angenehmer Spaziergang.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind großzügig und bieten viel Platz. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Personal. Die gesamte Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, gemütlich und einladend – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und ein bisschen wie zu Hause.

Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
