A convenient stay with some frustrating shortcomings.
Pros:

I recently stayed here for work. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the train station, which made getting around extremely convenient. The rooms were on the small side, but they were well designed and made good use of the space.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of aspects that let the stay down. The check-in experience wasn’t particularly welcoming, and I found the member of staff I dealt with to come across as somewhat disingenuous. Additionally, my holding deposit still hasn’t been reversed four days after my stay, which is disappointing and has left a negative impression.

Overall, the hotel has some positives, particularly its location and thoughtfully designed rooms, but there is definitely room for improvement in both customer service and post-stay administration.

Место расположения супер ! Приветливый персонал! Орошо убирались ! За это спасибо !

Cons:

Больше всего не понравилось в этом отеле, отсутствие охлаждения номера. Кондиционер не справлялся. Жара на улице была +37. А кондиционер толком не работал. Невозможно было спать и вообще находиться, сказали что они ничего не могут сделать.
Также скудный завтраки.

Pros:

расположение 3 мин пешком от жд вокзала, вокруг множество этнических ресторанов, до центра 12 мин пешком
шикарный завтрак - очень вкусные свежие продукты (лосось, сыры швейцарские, фрукты - голодными не останетесь). вежливый, участный (неравнодушный) персонал. В день демонстраций в городе у отеля был свой двухметровый охранник. Понравилось что отель новый, мебель обои ковролин, сантехника - все свежее. Симпатичные окна и вид на улочки Женевы
