Nice hotel but needs to be better
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this hotel for many years when it was the Sheraton & the Clarion. The room was nice but the shower was terrible. A partial glass door that led to water spillage all over floor & there was not a ledge to put my gout to shave my legs. There were only 2 towels

Cons:

The $25 a day parking fee was unacceptable & because of it I will never stay here again

Great location, the staff were amazing in every part and really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like is that you can’t sit out on their balconies. There’s enough room for one year only because they are so small.

I ordered an ocean view and the rooms are on the side of the building and there really isn’t an ocean view and the balcony are so small you can’t even sit out there .. but besides that a great place to stay

Unfortunately we picked the wrong time with it being motorcycle week the overall noise was

The air conditioner in the room it equaled the motorcycle noise from the street. Yes there was a beach. Not crazy with the balcony set up was afraid to step out.
The coffee was hot best part.

It was fine, good but not the best one.
Pros:

1- The staff was very friendly and helpful.

2- It's a pet friendly hotel, everything was great, the isolation sound is pretty good, we didn't have issues or we never heard other dogs barking when we were at the room. (The pets are $150 US per stay and only dogs).

3- How close is to the beach and the restaurant Tie Room was spectacular, the view, the food, the music and the staff.

4- How clean it is for to be a beach hotel, doesn't smell like dog or anything.

Cons:

1- The AC: This was the main problem for us, we had the AC 24 hours the whole staying at 60F, and it felt like 85F, sooooo HOT, that was disgusting.

2- The BEDS: These beds ARE NOT QUEEN SIZE, I don't know why you sell these rooms as "QUEEN ROOM WITH 2 QUEENS BED" it should be "FULL ROOM WITH 2 FULL BED", the measurements of the bed were 54 inches wide X 75 inches long that's a FULL size, the QUEENS are 60 inches wide X 80 inches long. So that's fake advertising, selling something that it's not correct.

3- The BALCONY: Theres no balcony, the pictures are just a good angle of something that doesn't exists, you cannot even put 1 chair, fake advertising again.

4- The POOL: This is basically a kid's pool, and the problem are not the kids, the problem are their parents who leaves their kids by themselves, the hotel doesn't have rules for this so everybody that's whatever. Also, there's only 2 umbrellas for 80 people are that pool. That was TERRIBLE!

5- The DISTANCE: It depends on what are you are looking for, if you want to go to the walk board this is not a place for you, we didn't want to go to the board because we did that multiple times and other occasions so we wanted to chill, so we were good, but you have to consider that this is far from a lot of things.

6- The PARKING: Not included in the price, and its outdoors ($25 US a day). An Uber driver told us that a lot of hotels in OC charge for the parking because people who's not staying at the hotel, park in their lots to be close to the beach so we understand this and we are agree but at the same time it's like we paid a lot of money for not having the parking included. Not very nice.

We loved it. I'm looking forward to returning again!
Pros:

We loved our room and hotel's decor and cleanliness. We loved having beach access from the hotel and having both a marsh and an ocean view.

Cons:

I didn't like that we had to pay for breakfast.
