We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great—quiet and not overly busy, yet still conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The free parking was a huge bonus. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which came with cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our trip.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and the listing indicated that cleaning was included. We expected that housekeeping would service the room at least once during our stay. When we requested cleaning, only the towels were replaced. The garbage was not emptied, and we had to request additional toilet paper and other supplies ourselves.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we interacted with them. Reception operates during office hours only, which wasn't a problem for us, but it may be something other guests should be aware of. The property also has quiet-time rules; however, some neighboring guests did not seem to follow them, and there didn't appear to be any monitoring or enforcement, which was noticeable since we were traveling with small children.

Beautiful and very clean apartment.
Pros:

The location was great. The beds, linens, towels, and the kitchen were excellent. Everything was clean! I think this is a great place to stay especially long-term.

Cons:

It seemed a little expensive, but it was a beautiful apartment.

Great place to stay in Victoria.
Pros:

This is my second time staying in Solo Suite. The staff is excellent and very responsive. The location is great. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

Excellent! I will book my stay here again in the future.

We had full stove so means we made our own healthy food. For a family of four we definaty cut down on costs by making our own meals.

Cons:

The room was family friendly. My husband and I had our room and the kids had theirs. Two TVs, comfortable couches and beds and a lovey balcony.
Nice, cozy, very clean and well kept. We loved every bit of it.

An absolutly wonderful suite, beyond our expectations.
Pros:

Solo Suites was fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean, very bright and modern. We were visiting my Mom who lives in a senior's home with little or no room to visit, so we visited at the "apartment ". It was a fantastic meeting place and a wonderful home base for our visit. The suite has its own washer and drier, kitchen and utensils, dining table and a large sectional and TV. Private entrance and nearby parking.

Cons:

Since my wife and I are older we would have liked to have safety grab bars for the deep soaker tub. We would use a walk in shower daily rather than a deep soaker tub , once of twice a week. We understand that the room is designed in a modern style , but a safety grab bar is useful for all ages.

Pros:

My view was incredible. I loved everything that was available in the suite. Front desk was very kind and helped me when I needed to extend my stay.

Cons:

As someone who was unexpectedly traveling alone the first night was very anxiety induced. Especially with the door only having one lock. It was sturdy, with multiple checks thruout the night I was able to calm down.
