Sheraton Oceanfront Hotel

Had us waiting for 2 hours standing outside in 99 degrees sweating because our room wasn’t ready and day before I called them to make sure our room will be ready at arrival time when we arrived at property at 4 Pm they told us 10-15 minutes your room will be ready and made us wait for 2,5 hours we checked in at 6:23 PM and the stuff was so rude give us totally different room than we booked and didn’t want to refund us any compensation plus the cleaning room service is insane I stayed 6 nights we didn’t have a one time that they cleaned in our room

Front desk staff was rude and unfriendly

I didn't like that the room wasn't ready until almost an hour after check-in. There weren't enough supplies for the five of us—for example, there weren't enough sheets, coffee, or bathroom soap—and what I found most unacceptable was that the room reservation was charged to my account twice.

Too cold in the rooms....Too small of a bathroom in our room

The beds need to be update. It is an upscale hotel and the price for night is above average. During my three nights stayed my room was never cleaned, bathroom supply was checked only at the last night which is fine with me but they need to consider the price been charged.

The person at the desk charged me a 250 dollars for a incintals witch i never got back called them after the 3 to 5 business day wait and they told me it could be 30 days or more it was just shady I will not return here next year plus they never made pur bed every day just poorly run

We arrived 30 minutes before checkin time and did not receive our room for another 45 minutes. We then went to our room that we paid extra for ocean view. What we received was a cabana room that opened onto the pool on the first floor with no view of the ocean as it was blocked by metal cabanas. The room was not what we paid for and they were over booked so there was nothing else available as to what we booked. Then on top of that the room had visible dust on the hvac intake as well as dust on the popcorn ceiling where the duct is not clean. Most of the furniture was broken to some degree or visibly very damaged. The rooms were dark with no good lighting. The bathroom lights went on and off on their own. We tried to go to breakfast in the morning and gave up waiting 30 minutes to be seated for a 17$ a person continental breakfast buffet. When we first got to our room and found it to be woefully unacceptable and it was not what we booked according to the description. The front desk essentially mocked us as they knew nothing would be done. Instead of offering options or accommodations the staff asked what we would like then said all they would do is speak to management about reducing the cost of the stay to not cover the extra 150$ that was paid to be oceanfront when it is pool front/cabana.

The long wait to get checked in. Waited 1.45 hrs after the posted check in time to get a room. Room appeared to have a black mold stain on the ceiling. Phone in the room did not work. Front desk staff did not provide much help when any issue was reported.

The pool could have been more clean. The murphy bed was very uncomfortable and did not come with any pillows or blankets (I waited an hour for pillows/blanket to be delivered). I also asked for extra coffee in the morning and that never arrived. I waited an hour also and just gave up, checked out, and left. the parking garage is more for small cars. we took our truck and the turns were very very tight to go in and out.
