Dịch vụ vệ sinh, dọn phòng,
-Ngay tại tolet tầng trệt (quầy Lễ tân) dơ, nước rửa tay lúc có lúc không.
-Dọn phòng: lưu trú 2 đêm không dọn phòng vào buổi sáng khi khách ra ngoài, khi thắc mắc mới cho ngừoi xuống dọn nhưng vào giờ nghỉ ngơi 15h00. Cần lưu ý ưu tiên dọn trước những khách lưu trú ở lại
- kỹ năng điều phối và khách hàng tại Lễ tân quá kém. Chưa kiểm tra giữa bộ phận nhận phòng với xử lý, không cần quan tâm ý kiến của khách hàng, cứ mặc nhiên thu tiền thêm ngoài báo giá và trả lời:” đây là quy định anh/chị có thể lấy phòng hoặc không lấy”, nhân viên nam đã trả lời.
Sau khi ý kiến trên booking rồi mới trả tiền lại, khi hoàn tiền ko chủ động liên hệ xin lỗi khách, đợi đến khi hỏi tại quầy mới trả lại.

Bữa sáng không nhiều lựa chọn. Phòng không được sạch sẽ, đồ dùng xuống cấp (chỉ cần đụng vào chưa sử dụng đã hỏng), nhiều đồ dùng không được cung cấp sẵn (ví dụ như áo choàng tắm và bàn ủi), tháng máy chờ lâu
Mình ở 2 ngày nhưng không dọn phòng, không thay khăn, không tiếp thêm nước uống, chỉ đến khi yêu cầu mới làm. Mình ở khá nhiều MT rồi, lần này trải nghiệm MT Luxury nhưng cảm thấy còn ko bằng MT holiday nữa.

The main advantage is the view. It’s honestly one of the best — you fall asleep and wake up with this city view, which makes a big difference.
The room is cleaned every day. Big thanks to the people who cleaned our room — much respect for your work.
The staff works in a coordinated way and responds quickly when needed — you can feel it.
There are many cafes around the hotel with a wide selection of refreshing and healthy drinks.
There is both private parking and parking near the hotel.
There’s also a shop nearby where you can buy fruits and other products.
If you walk along the coast for about 20 minutes, you’ll reach the main nightlife area.

My advice — rent a bike, it will make everything much easier.

Cons:

I would recommend the hotel to install washing machines. It would help guests save money on laundry and spend more on exploring your beautiful country.
It would also be great to have comfortable poufs on the balcony along with a small table.
