Requiere capacitacion del personal
Pros:

El diseño exterior y tematica esta de 10, sin embargo le hace falta una remodelacion al interior de las habitaciones

Cons:

Personal del lobby sin capacitacion, no encontraba nuestra reservacion, muy tajantemente indico que se deberia volver a pagar aun cuando ya habiamos pagado a traves de booking, nos asigno mal la habitacion y hubo que volver a solicitarle el cambio de habitacion.

That despite us arriving earlier than the check in time they allowed us to check in without any difficulties or questions. We’re extremely tired, so we appreciate it. As soon as you walk in they greet you, helped with luggage, assisted me with my elderly parents. They served them something. The hotel smelled amazing. The staff were wonderful. Very pleasant & friendly. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else.

There’s nothing I did not like. I was extremely pleased

Mal aspecto en higiene y caro el hotel para que no esté impecable
Pros:

Un hotel con recomendaciones excelentes y el.previo alto, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento a las habitaciones, además las alfombras demasiado mugrosas.
Ya no es higiénico tener alfombras
Los baños les.falta mantenimiento
El lugar es bonito, pero no me.hospedaria de nuevo ahi.
