Auszeit im Taunus
Pros:

Gute Anbindung an Frankfurt mit der U3.
Nettes Personal. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war modern und hatte ein schönes großes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.
Kein Wasserkocher.
Gläser im Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt,
obwohl man wie gewünscht, den Zimmerservice nach zwei Tagen erbeten hat.

Pros:

Location is good. Near to the tram stop and easy to get into Oberursel. Close to forest where some lovely walks.
Nice gardens.
Good breakfast

Cons:

If you wanted the room cleaned you Had to ask for room to be cleaned, didn’t even empty the bins. No air conditioning.

Overall a very positive experience.
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly situated for my particular needs as I was attending a special event within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were always ready to help and answer questions. The garden area was lovely and it was nice to be able to sit there in the sun or shade. I had a meal in the restaurant one night and it was excellent.

Cons:

I would have liked a kettle in the room and blinds at the windows. There were only lightweight curtains and these did not provide any means of reducing the temperature in the extreme heat of late June. I think that my room (302) got more sun than some others. In spite of this I would stay there again for the reasons outlined above.

Det Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.der
Pros:

Wir konnten schon früher als 15.00 Uhr einchecken das war sehr schön und bei drn Damen an der Rezeption hat man sich willkommen gefühlt. Das Setvicepersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvor lommend.
Der Park, der bei diesem heissem Wochenende mitten in der Stadt für Abkühlung sorgt lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Rolläden und sich an diesem heissen Tag sehr aufgeheizt.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon.

Cons:

Es ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war nicht so vielseitig.
