The pool is excellent, the hotel is close to the sea and to the center. But the food is not good

It’s close to the sea

Cons:

We’re bought half board, the choice of food is poor. The food is too salty and the drinks are not included (even the water)

Definitely worth staying
Pros:

Great position beach and shops on foot a few minutes walk away

Cons:

Specifically in our room the air conditioning unit of the hotel next door resonated with the walls creating a low frequency noise in the bedroom which was very penetrating. But this was a localized effect and not all the time present

Pros:

L'accueil très bien 👍, tous adorables, ambiance familiale, cool. La chambre grande, confortable, literie top, avec un coin cuisine, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire, petite terrasse avec 2 chaises. Des plantes partout, jolie déco du lieux extérieur, piscine top, petit déjeuner bien. La proximité de la plage golden beach 5 minutes à pied, merveilleuse, surveillée, calme et peu profonde pour les enfants avec des douches, des bars, transats 10 € avec parasols pour la journée et des pédalos très jolis.

Cons:

Dommage pas climatisation à la réception, les chaises sont trop lourdes et pas confortables pour déjeuner ou dîner.
La musique de fond un peu trop forte. Il serait bien d'avoir davantage de fruits frais au petit déjeuner...

Pros:

Struttura bella ed accogliente. Fermata dell'autobus proprio fuori alla Struttura comodissima per spostarsi Chania in 10 minuti. Personale molto gentile. Belle entrambe le piscine.

Cons:

Troppo alti i prezzi del cibo (sia colazione che pranzo) molto più alti di altri ristoranti sia nelle vicinanze che a Chania. Inoltre con meno scelta

Agréable séjour proche de Chania
Pros:

Proximité de la plage, jolies piscines, appartement (3 personnes) assez spacieux, Clim performante, literie chambre très confortable. Très bon restaurant à proximité, dans un grand jardin. Ménage fait tous les jours. Petit balcon mais jolie vue sur la mer et endroit assez calme.

Cons:

Le lit canapé 3eme personne (dans le salon, sans volets ni rideaux occultants) est très inconfortable et pas du tout adapté à un adulte. Après 2 nuits difficiles le service à la clientèle a été très efficace et à pû fournir gracieusement à notre 3eme adulte une autre chambre afin qu elle puisse dormir convenable ment. Clim uniquement dans le salon, donc impossible de fermer la porte de la chambre et notre appartement n’avait pas de volet ni rideaux occultants, donc réveillés à la première heure. Petit déjeuner très moyen.

Nice hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Clean and nice hotel, nothing super fancy, but good. Nice personnel. Deep swimming pools. Gym available 24h. Excellent beach near the hotel (100% sandy, blue flag!). Bus stop to/from Chania next to the hotel entrance, not a long trip and busues go often. Convinient location for trips to the western side of Crete. Breakfast- every day the same, but there is a choice: eggs, bacon, greek salad, pastry, cereals, yoghurt, fruits. Nice markets and two car rentals next to the hotel. Places reccomended: Sterna- excellent Greek tawerna with the garden next to the hotel, Monterno: breakfast, sweets and coffee, Jumbo: if you need to buy any beach stuff (or anything which is not food)- big shop with everything. Overall good experience.

Cons:

Beach towels were not availalble contrary to what you can read in the description- you have to pay for them, and even then we had to buy our own after two days of waiting for the hotel to have clean towels (if I knew I would take them from home). Wifi uneven - sometimes working well, sometimes not. Service- once we were asked to leave the restaurant at 10 sharp (end of breakfast), not being able to finish coffee/tea, which is according to the breakfast rules, but rather unusual in hotels.

Pros:

Ligger tæt på flere lækre sandstrande. Bussen til Chania tager 10 min og stopper lige foran døren. Der er et fint supermarked samt biludlejning tæt på. Generelt rigtig godt beliggenhed

Cons:

Morgenmaden var for kedelig. Lidl bakeoff og ingen udskåret frugt fx. Det var skuffende og ville jeg nok fravælge en anden gang.
Suites med plads til 4 voksne mangler opbevaring til tøj i stuen ved sovesofaer.

Great hotel, location.
Pros:

Hotel was great. Clean, great location with supermarket 50 metres away, bus stop to town right outside. Great food at hotel restaurant too. Restaurant staff very good and friendly also.

Cons:

Lifeguard at the pool was over the top. We had young children just having fun and he was complaining the whole time. Even stepping into the pool from the edge into 2.4 metre deep water was not allowed. It added unnecessary stress that we opted for more days at the beach as a result.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Flexible with check-in and upgraded us which was great, so we had more space. Pool and facilities amazing. Great location. Lovely suite and outdoor space. All absolutely perfect! Highly recommend.

Pros:

Nagyon jól felszerelt, szép és hangulatos szállás, két csodás kis terasszal, közel a tengerhez, bolthoz, bárhoz, étteremhez és buszmegállóhoz is. Minden hétköznap takarítottak, hétvégén is cserélték a szemetest.

Cons:

Egy mosogatószivacs jó lett volna a mosogatószer mellé, illetve az étkező asztal és székek alatt nem ártott volna lepókhálózni, de amúgy minden szuper volt.

Pros:

Struttura ben tenuta nonostante abbia qualche annetto, cosa che si nota soprattutto nelle stanze.
Letto comodissimo, forse il migliore mai provato in un hotel.
Staff eccezionale e sempre disponibile.
Belle le due piscine.
Mare a 50metri.

Cons:

Reparto food da migliorare nell'offerta della pensione completa/mezza pensione.
Non tanto nella qualità, quanto nella varietà dell'offerta, sia nei pasti che nella colazione.
Non si può proporre piatti principali sempre uguali per pranzo/cena così come la colazione davvero troppo scarna e ripetitiva.
