En la plataforma me dicen cierto costo por persona y en el hotel otro costo, además el dólar lo cotizan caro 3.5 cuando el dólar está en 3.38 y no permiten pagar en dólares.

Cons:

El restaurante, el cuarto es muy chico y no tiene TV Smart
No friobar para el tipo de cuarto y precio alto que pagamos.

La atención fue muy buena. Anita y Anali de recepción fueron muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar en todo momento. Las habitaciones siempre impecables y la ubicación muy buena

Buena experiencia.
Pros:

La ubicación, la limpieza, el desayuno buffet variado, el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa.
La amabilidad del personal en general muy buena.

Cons:

No me cambiaron las tollas en 3 días, tuve que llamar a recepción para el cambio. El box lunch del día de mi salida no lo tenían en recepción.
