A nightmare!
Pros:

The pool was warm and nice.

Cons:

There were roaches in our first room and ants in our second room. The hot tub was broken, the shower was cold, the toilets didn’t flush well. The room was gross. The beds uncomfortably. The staff were unfriendly. This place was one of the worse hotel experiences we have ever had.

I would never book another stay there.
Pros:

The rooms were just ok.

Cons:

The place was not clean. Knew as soon as I walked in the front door. Debris I the entrance. Disgusting dirty carpeting in the rooms hallways. The furniture was very old dirty & definitely needed to be replaced. There were no prices posted in there
Restaurant. They offered complimentary coffee which they only made by the small pot full & always ran out & had to make more. The rooms were pretty clean however the bathrooms certainly needed to be tended too. Our friends room had to be changed as the toilet didn’t work & there was no telephone in their room. The staff was unprepared to answer any questions & it was like you were dealing with foreign personnel.
The entire place definitely needed a complete very deep cleaning.

Pros:

The hotel was not what I expect for the cost of the room. Overall cleanliness was poor, worn and stained floors, hotel side doors that didn't close correctly. Breakfast was terrible, I ordered eggs, toast, bacon and fried potatoes. The toast was cold and hard, the bacon was a number of pieces of bacon stock together in one solid un edible glob and the potatoes were so hard when I tried pick up a piece with my fork it shut off of the plate and on the floor. The only part of my breakfast which was edible was the eggs. I got back to my room to watch the USA soccer game, because I don't have a subscription to Roku I did't see the game, I couldn't watch Fox News or any other normal TV programs which I watch at any other hotel. Overall as you can see I my stay at your hotel was very "Bad". I can assure you "I'll never book another room at the hotel"

Extremely sketchy enviroment, not the place for a woman to be by herself

There were very strange things happening.!drunk people out side the back doors, running up and down the hallways . Room 518 was getting a lot of men guests. The room its self was ok. We came her because my husband had to have surgery and we needed a place for him to recoup for a couple of days. I was afraid to go anywhere with out him . With all the strange men walking around. I was afraid to complain while we were there because honestly I feared for my life. The doors that were suppose to be locked would get propped open and there would be people waiting for someone to open the door because they didn't have access. The hotel has a very weird vibe we spent 5-600 dollars a
Night but was scared the whole time. There needs to be better security. Also our room had mold growing out of the vents and it looks like they painted over mold on the ceiling. Also the toilet bowl was very very slow .i would love a response back with explanations . Room number 518 really needs to be investigated. I would like a refund for some f my time . If my husband was up to it we would have checked out. But it would have just been hard with him not feeling well.

Okay let's start off with the hot tub being permanently closed not as advertised. Secondly when I couldn't get the thermostat below 73° they said oh it only goes between 73 and 74 took a couple hours to get someone to fix the TV as I was sweating in the room. There were two tiny shampoos and one conditioner. No body wash or anything like that moisturizer in the bathroom tiny bathroom and all this was with the king sweet with seating room. With a view of a dumpster. The complimentary buffet when I pick my plate up had ants on it. So disgusted to pay over $400 for a room I will never be going back

Cons:

Never stayed canceled it...says pet friendly. They dif not want cats. Even though the month prior I stayed there with cats 21 days. Manager was rude, could have e said it nicer.

Pros:

Nothing will never set foot 8n a raddison again

Cons:

Pool view room means zero daylight. Moved gave me an outside room with window seals gone. Outside side doors full of rubbish,bottles cigarette ends psper,wrappings. In 3 nights got cleaned up once. Long corridors to lifts in the centre. Old run down. Manager should be sacked. Certainly would never eat anything prepared there. Had prepaid or I would have walked straight back out when I arrived.
