Okay let's start off with the hot tub being permanently closed not as advertised. Secondly when I couldn't get the thermostat below 73° they said oh it only goes between 73 and 74 took a couple hours to get someone to fix the TV as I was sweating in the room. There were two tiny shampoos and one conditioner. No body wash or anything like that moisturizer in the bathroom tiny bathroom and all this was with the king sweet with seating room. With a view of a dumpster. The complimentary buffet when I pick my plate up had ants on it. So disgusted to pay over $400 for a room I will never be going back
I’m really upset because I never get my security deposit back .
Never stayed canceled it...says pet friendly. They dif not want cats. Even though the month prior I stayed there with cats 21 days. Manager was rude, could have e said it nicer.

Pool view room means zero daylight. Moved gave me an outside room with window seals gone. Outside side doors full of rubbish,bottles cigarette ends psper,wrappings. In 3 nights got cleaned up once. Long corridors to lifts in the centre. Old run down. Manager should be sacked. Certainly would never eat anything prepared there. Had prepaid or I would have walked straight back out when I arrived.

Very nice looking hotel close to the college where I had to go for training
Where to begin?? 1st their hot tob was closed for repairs when was told beforehand calling the hotel that it was good and open, only the pool was open the 1st night there. Next day they had the pool closed as well for the entirety of the rest of the trip. Had the 1st night covered by my employer, but decided to stay a 2nd night so booked for another night while there through their front desk. Come the next day though I was locked out of my room after getting back from training being told they didnt have the reservation that was booked and paid through their hotel the night before in person! Next problem was I booked for the poolside room, which upon arrival they told me they had no poolside rooms available, and thats what really upsets me. If you book and pay for a room ahead of time, they shouldn't just give your room away! The place smelled of marijuana smoke outside and inside while some of the patrons at the bar area you could tell were escorts.

Close to highway. Price of room.
Bathroom sink wayyyy too low for a normal size adult. There were ants everywhere. Not sure it was like that when I walked in but the ceiling panel was coming down.
