Gutes Hotel mit vernünftigem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in ruhiger,dennoch zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Gute ruhige Lage auf der Neustadt Seite, ab vom touristischen Rummel. Kurzer Weg zur Elbe. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir kommen seit Jahren hierher und die Zimmer vertragen bald eine Auffrischung.

Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Unter meinem Zimmerfenster versammelten sich regelmäßig die Raucher. Sogar nachts war der Lärm durch das geschlossene Fenster zu hören.

Very good location hotel. Comfortable to stay if it’s not very warm summer.
Pros:

Convenient parking in front of the hotel for 6€ (Sat. afternoon - Mon. afternoon). Very good location. Attractions, restaurants, cafe, supermarkets can be reached by foot.

- Gute Lage
- Sehr sehr freundliches Personal (sowohl HSK, Frühstück als auch Rezeption). Wirklich top.
- Bett war bequem
- Bad war gut

Cons:

Nichts wirklich „nicht gefallen“ aber:
- Eine klein bisschen mehr Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet, währe schön gewesen. Aber das ist ein nice to have ding.
- Es muss einem wirklich bewusst sein, dass das ein „nur“ 3-Sterne Hotel ist. Entsprechend sind die Zimmer gestaltet, Flure fast komplett dunkel. Keine Frage, das Zimmer war wirklich groß aber eben 3-Sterne Style. Das muss einem bewusst sein.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Cons:

Unter dem Vorwand Nachhaltigkeit wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gar nichts gemacht, keine Mülleimer geleert, keine Seifenspender nachgefüllt, kein Bett gemacht, vom Personal hat mit Sicherheit keiner in das Zimmer geschaut, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Laut Info-Karte soll man sich selbst melden, wenn etwas fehlt - eine recht seltsame Interpretation von Service.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, der Preis dafür aber zu hoch.
