This place and the people running it were awesome. We both got sick whilst staying in Hanoi and this place looked after
Pros:

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Really made you feel special walking in. Lovely clean facilities

Cons:

It was located on the edge of old town making it quite a long walk to train street and food street. Also our room was next to the pool so could be quite noisy some times

Amazing crew set here. From Lucas, Dave , Ms Kim and anyone else who we saw during our stay. Thank you for being an Amazing crew set. They say - Its people’s who matters the most and this is true, We are planning to come back soon and enjoy the rest of Hanoi while choosing to stay at this property. Simply because of the staffs.

Pros:

The best stay in Vietnam!
Everything about this accom was incredible, the staff especially made it very special for us helping us celebrate our recent engagement. The breakfast was amazing, great location, super clean and comfortable. Pool and rooftop were also a highlight! Can’t wait to return

Pros:

Very nice staff. All were very helpful and welcoming. The roof top bar and swimming pool were awesome and the view was incredible. The room was very spotless, extremely well cleaned. Excellent restaurant and breakfast

Boutique, trendy, modern, spacious, clean, private, sun deck bar area/pool area, food, amenities, central location, layout. All the staff were very professional, enthusiastic, authentic, friendly, helpful, respectful, trustworthy. Particularly Miss Kim, who went above & beyond often checking in on me given I was travelling alone, offered suggestions on things to do & where to shop.
The staff genuinely love their job & what they do. This was clearly a stand out with the exceptional customer service provided. I would recommend this property to my family & friends & would certainly stay here again.

Cons:

I provided some feedback to Miss Kim on just some minor things, nothing major or that would deter me from staying there again - including having body lotion & the mirror in the bathroom needs to be a little higher.

接客がとてもフレンドリーで親切。いろいろ気にかけてくれます。（英語や翻訳アプリでやりとり）
帰りが深夜便でしたので、無料でシャワーをお借りできました。
朝食のビュッフェが充実。
窓が小さい部屋から大きい部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。
最後空港へ向かうタクシーの乗車前、ホテルの方と握手するほど信頼感がありました。
宿泊者に日本人は少なく、ヨーロッパの方が多いそう。みなさん割とフレンドリーでした
お部屋は清潔。
旧市街と立地も便利。

Cons:

ホテルに関しては特にありません。
場所柄たくさんの観光客の方が夜遅くまで歩いている賑やかな場所。レストランやスパ、お土産屋さんなど軒並み並んでいます。ごはんやスパには困らないと思いますが、静かな環境をお求めでしたら他の場所がいいかも。

Kinda good kinda bad
Pros:

I liked the staff and how responsive they were in assisting with our concerns. The greeted us whenever we entered or exited the building which was nice.

The location was pretty good being right in the middle of Old quarter.

Cons:

I didn't like the aircon vents being really dusty and the mouldy curtains. The shower heads were bad and lacked pressure. Some of the rooms had bad ducting and could smell cigarette smoke at 4am.

Pros:

Absolument tout le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, très serviable. L’hôtel est propre le repas et le petit déjeuner est bon. La piscine est vraiment en plus avec une super vue. Le bar sur le Rooftop est sympa. Et les massages absolument formidable. Je recommande ++++

Above and beyond service in great location
Pros:

Location was very convenient, especially for our pick ups to go to Ha Giang and Ha Long. Lots of great eateries and cafes nearby.
The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated.
Rooms were nice too, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms

Cons:

Some of the rooms can be noisy, but I think all hotels in the area are. You can ask for a quiet room and they will accommodate if there’s space
