Pros:

The location was fine and the room was clean and the mountain view was awesome. Easy checkin.

Cons:

Even though we booked via booking.com the hotel management wanted us to pay advance to keep the booking valid, if not they informed us the booking will be cancelled from their end. Anyway I understood it is peak tourist time at Munnar, so I paid the advance. After I checked in, they immediately cancelled my booking from booking.com and mentioned as no show. Reception told as we paid the advance, hence it is taken as a direct booking and not considered via booking.com. I requested and reverted the booking from the reception itself.
The staff was not at all considerable for any extra requests, as we were checking out there was a huge argument between a family and reception, but not sure the reason though.

To have hot water shower, have to wait for 15-20 mins under cold water, this was at night. it was even worst in the morning and I have to give up having a shower.

I dont recommend this stay during peak season.

Comfortable and peaceful stay in a good ambience
Pros:

Near to City Centre and lot of shops, other facilities including dining restaurants available at a walkable distance, which can be tried for a change.

The location was perfect for exploring Munnar

Dirty sheets, shower didn’t work, promised packed breakfast not delivered leaving us without food day 1, breakfast service not opened on time leaving us without food day 2

Pros:

Building and infrastructure is awesome and well maintained. Staff with good behavior and honest.

Cons:

1. Bad smell from balcony and we cannot keep it open.

2. Low water flow in washroom washbasin, difficult to use even for hardwash

3. Washroom faucets are leaking. Need to close the valve all the time to avoid water log

4. Bad room service. Ordered a Tea- they asked to come down due to rush in restaurant. When I checked hardly 3 tables are occupied in restaurant and did not find any rush.

5. Premises is good, but facility and service is not worth for the price

6. A 4 star hotel, still don't have a smart lock. We need to carry both Key and card ( to power on/off)

7. Breakfast starts at 8 30AM. Ideal to start by 7 so that we can finish early and spend more time in Munnar.

8 No sufficient dishes were available for breakfast. People were waiting for a long time to get their plates filled.

9. Not worth for money.

10. Wifi not working.
